You are absolutely right. Keeping oneself motivated to do all the housework... is difficult sometimes. Love all the great tips on relaxation and self care. This was very interesting. ❤
@@radhasircar8558 Thank you so much Radha ma'am. We feel demotivated sometimes by doing the same monotonous, repeated household chores. Don't we ? But the biggest motivation that keep us moving is our love for our family 👪 ❤️ ♥️. I am glad u liked the vlog. 🙏🙏
Hi there!, As always, everything you said is spot on, and I couldn’t agree more. Even though I live alone, I still have a bit of clutter here and there, and my house isn’t always squeaky clean. I enjoy taking my time with things, so sometimes the mess piles up a little, but that’s okay. Wishing you a lovely day!
Lovely & relatable vlog n musings. I agree vth all of the points mam. I consider myself to be a fairly good homemaker( in business for 21+ years now) My daughter has taken after me, n is a tidy, organised person( but has her moods n days of ' bearable messiness') & i just let her be. Both of us together keep a neat home( but not museum like neatness) V leave the head of our family n his domain to himself( its fortunately a 3 bhk) V 👀nothing& hence do nothing There either. 😅. So, fair deal.... as per gender equality in housework. I love to clean and organise( so does my girl) & i keep this for my off days(2-3 hours of an off day) once a month perhaps. I organise my clothes n kitchen shelves on 2 separate days. N always reward ourselves vth a celebratory small meal afterwards. Actually i like All housework, n i have a rotation system in place( a bit everyday) so i dont feel overwhelmed. I pitch in for my kid, when she is busy vth studies& she takes over a bit of my work, when she has holidays. We have another system where if v cant help with the physical work, we keep each other company( so the lonely feeling goes away) Ex... She comes n sits on the kitchen counter vth her books, as i cook. 😊. Daughters are a boon. Both of us are library members too mam(*15+ years).... So v unwind by reading too. There are ' housework free' days too.... V cook ultrasimple meals those days..... Like breadomlette& fruit & coffee for Breakfast Aluparatha& pickle & curd. + lassi Spending less than 1/2 hour per meal in the kitchen. Zero cleaning, those days & just watching movies together at home.... R other ways we unwind. Some ' mess' is mandatory in a comfortable, welcoming home.
@@srividyarathish8221 I completely agree with u.Daughters are always a boon. My daughters also help me a lot and copy what and how I do. They are my updated carbon copies. Both are good in studies and cooking. I feel so proud when they are praised as my daughters. We also enjoy simple meals like u n ur daughters. Daughters sitting on kitchen countertop is so common I guess.😀😀😀😀That's what my daughters also do. Thank you so much for sharing ur n ur daughter's bonding with me.🤗😊❤️
I think the best homemaking can happen Only when the homemaker is allowed to work at her own pace... N gets freq breaks. Also I rotate the brands of cleaning products... Soaps, dishwash, n freq change bedsheets etc.. To not get bored. After cleaning... I do a ' victory march'.... N take few pics n promptly send to H0F to get some appreciation too. ( the common areas all sparkle.. N He only has to clean up one room)
Lovely video as usual! 🥰 Best wishes🤎
