13:00 long story short, it's a whole minecraft arc of Aqua building a resistance with some other members to "revolt" against Hololive HQ, even before the current server.
You might wanna check it out (3 part series on lyger's channel). It's where the famous Sora's line "So you are the enemy", that single-handedly, ended the resistance (and traumatized Aqua) came from.
Over the next 2 years, the Hololive resistance's flame of vengeance continued to flicker and burn, but never again did it ignite into a blaze

Another meme in Tetris99 that's very wholesome is when skilled players make the shape of a hearth with the pieces while playing and try to survive as long as possible while defending the streamer, there are clips of this around.
It's because the YAGOO tetris players are stream snipers (in Suisei's games its pros sometimes). As soon as the girls lose, the stream snipers throw their game too so they show up in the leaderboard right above them. You can see it at 4:32

13:00 the Hololive Resistance meme originated on the previous Minecraft server, which had creative mode enabled. It started with a dispute between Shion and Aqua, there are long clips about this. Aqua became leader of the underground resistance and she recruited some of the more rowdy members. But it was over when the other faction got Sora to log in and she confronted Aqua, Sora asked her "are you the enemy?" and Aqua just denied everything or something like that, the resistance arc ended there.
That moment with Sora also became a meme that recently came up again when Sora asked "are you the enemy?" to Chloe, who declared on her debut her wish to overthrow her senpai.

Hololive resistance is an OLDDD reference started, as far as I know, by aqua in early 2019 where she was supposedly "rebelling" against hololive, made a fake office building of hololive in Minecraft and blew it up, and made an underground base and other such shenanigans

It's interesting how it's always brought up how wrong YAGOO was when he said he wanted idols like AKB48. The girls in that group are absolutely crazy, goofy and insane off stage. Kinda like Hololive.

Ah the story of the hololive resistance it’s not a story the Seiso would tell you.
It was an attempt to overthrow the seiso hololive regime when their enemy became a mild dictator. Sora destroyed them and they disbanded after they removed the enemy from power. Some escaped and now sora hunts them down. Much like the great purge of content when Japanese companies used their weird copyright laws to erase most of the hololive content from TH-cam including Nintendo and many others were lost among them was surprisingly undertale streams. It was a dark time for hololive that’s why permissions are required to play games.
