Because already I done my Masters and Experience of 6 years in relevant field.! 4. If we get Visa 190 we cannot work in anywhere Australia as independently? 5. Any Background Verification will conduct by Immigration of Australia during PR Process.?
1. 189 is better if you want to work freely in any state. State sponsor limit us to specific state during initial days. 2. Western Australia has more oil & Gas jobs. Construction industry is same all over AU. 3. It depends on your job type. If it involves security & safety matters company might need additional cources. EX: CPR, Fire safety etc., For most jobs we don't need additional certifications. 4. 190 visa s state nominated. We must commit staying for at least 2 years in same state of sponsorship. 5. Immi check education certificates, Experience & need police clearance certificate too. Now they are checking more strictly than past due to some immigration issues.
