      Hi,
Please be informed that you do not need any visa during transit if your flights are booked under a single PNR and you have no plans to leave the transit hall. As you are travelling from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur via Singapore with Singapore Airlines and if both the flights have the same PNR numbers, you won’t require any transit visa. But if you travel in different flights having different PNR numbers, you will require a transit visa in Singapore as Singapore is not visa free for Indians.
I guess in your case, you won’t be needing any transit visa for Singapore as you are flying Singapore Airlines( both flights) and the PNR number will be same. So, nothing to worry but still check with the Airline once.
      Hope this helps.

      Hi
No, I didn’t take e visa for Singapore. I travelled from Dubai to Bali via Singapore, cleared my immigration in Dubai and after that in Bali and took Visa on Arrival in Bali.
I didn’t have to pass the immigration in Singapore as I flew Singapore Airlines from Dubai to Singapore and then from Singapore to Bali and both the flights had the same PNR number. In such case, you do not require a transit visa for Singapore. However, if you are taking two different flights having different PNR numbers, you will definitely need a transit visa in Singapore and you will need to pass the immigration. I landed in Singapore and took the connecting flight to Bali. Hope this info helps.
