Wow i was hyped for this. Its now 2020 and i just remember this used to be a game. Never played it. Never heard of it again
Game is utter fucking trash and it's so sad that the psp games were 1000 times better, only thing good this game has is graphics
@@dantevega5103yea, like...i wanna play it but the forced co-op and how they fucked up the story campaign is making just look at the game as a loss....even of i got it on sale. Rather play the old games that are far superior, specifically Duodecim
What I'm curious about is what the optimal summons are going to be. It seems like characters like Bahaumet and Alexander have big lines that show where the attack is going to be, whereas someone like Ifrit just has a huge blast in all directions and characters like Shiva, seemed to just directly target enemy players and drop their attacks on them. Is the goal to even hit with the summons? Or just take their passive boosts?

Man..I found Dissidia kinda tough enough on the PSP in story mode. My only chance here is that many FF fans aren't great at fighting games. (Though I once did ruin a guys life, according to him, by beating him in Street Fighter using a very cheesy tecnnique Blanka can utilize. He was this undefeated (and very mouthy) nerd and his imaginary title as King of St Fighter was all his friends respected him for). Oh, well. Too bad Blanka isn't here. I guess I should start the Beta.

Wow that's weird no ex burst, yeah how is this dissida? the 1st and 012 had it,yeah it looks great and everything but that killed it for me and one hp attack that implies to us that we'll all have to be spammers in a way.-_-
i know this are old comments and all but...
EX Burst were Special Moves that did last way too long and Dissidia NT is a Team Based Game, having a long cutscene will kinda kill the experiencie for the other 5 players and if there were no cutscenes that would mean that everyone could just go and interrup your EX Burst. Oh, but this game features something called EX Skills and is kinda a spiritual succesor to that i guess?
And... You don't need to spam the HP Attacks, yes, you can only go with one per battle but you will be using those as finishers of your combos, also, now you have more Bravery Attacks.
oh in that case that sounds pretty good combos are always a plus ill try it out first before jumping to conclusions thanks for the info
The transformations were game breaking. Whoever got their burst first just won the game unless they were an idiot. Now, instead, each character has an EX Skill, which is basically their ultimate ability, and it’s on a cooldown instead of a charge.
But the summons stay out for a long time, and are acquired by slowly charging, and breaking crystals, so they’re basically the new EX Burst.
And anyone who complains about HP attacks has no idea how the game is supposed to be played.
@@emoimo4171 I only played against the computer but EX bursts dont seem that Overpowert. Shantottos Play Rough does like 600 points of damage unless she breaks the enemy. Some are more powerful like Clouds Omnislash becuse of the effect of his EX mode but overall they feel pretty balanced.
This game fail because no special ultimate for each character and no story even , but i do like the graphic here hope next one will fix this ..

Dissidia and dissidia XII was a great game with a great story but this is hard to look at
If i pointed out all the things that's missing and wrong this would last me a week
The sad part, is like Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, there’s some good aspects done right such as the graphics/art style, music, and the cutscene before the final boss but it’s just ruined by a lot questionable and bad choices such forcing the 3v3 mechanic and ditching the RPG mechanics in favor of making it eSport friendly which failed miserably. This is to Square what MVCI was to Capcom.
Just as long as they don’t pull the randomness of summoning like FFXV god that was fcking irritating.

Singthean Gamer They actually ended up putting a lot of detail into how Noctis summons. If you look real close his eyes actually turn red like in FF XV
First... he can be aided by astrals that are actually Eidolons, and they are 5, Ifrit in FFXV can't be summoned. And in Dissidia the astrals do not exist.

To summon are we supposed to use certain characters?
Everyone can summon. Your summon depends on which you vote on before the match starts.
I think on the license agreement for the beta you can’t use the English voices to stream or record or you can get banned or something like that

To be honest Noctis should summon the astrals better then all of them,I mean get a summon boost cause he does this stuff all the time,in danger that is heheheh
These are Eidolons, not astrals.
At least it has more decent sons than ffxv

One is an RPG and the other one is a fighting game. No need to compare.
Still a FF fan, but we waited 10 yrs for a FF XV, and they screwed us, oh look pay extra for content that should’ve been in the game. Piss off Squeenix, @least u don’t screw up FF Fighting games.
