I've been pouring concrete since I was 13. I've been full time since I was 17, I'm now 23. I'm not saying you can't finish it hard to teach someone to finish when you have to prioritize your pour. Especially when they know nothing(your helper). Get a full time guy that's been doing it a while, that wants to learn. Keep up the work man. No hate here.
