Probably needs more. Wanderer doesn’t need a ton of Crit Rate if you use him with a cryo character (even less if 2), but 110CD is not much. Should be a good deal more than that if you’ve got Widsith. He doesn’t need EM or ER, so you can focus on a typical DPS build of CD>CR>ATK and he’ll be cracked before you know it.

Based on your CD it might be worth running an ATK Circlet and not a CD one.
I use a website called Genshin Optimizer and my Ayaka has 275 CD and 45 CR and it never recommends an atk goblet

I would say get CR up but ayaka doesn't need as much CR
45% = 100%. 40% for attacking frozen, and 15% from cryo resonance which you should probably always have as she needs a battery.
