I didn't like the Midtown apt. The kitchen, walk-in closet, even the bathroom felt like a long, narrow hallway. It felt cramped and cluttered. Loved the Chelsea one though. It even has a small private outdoor space.

The art and style in both listings is phenomenal. Obviously $5,000,000 is a lot of money, but I’m surprised how much either has to offer. I wouldn’t know how to choose between the two, both are dream homes. Favorite episode so far! Shout out to the Boiz Brad and Brian! 🔥
I like more the Chelsea apartment, the 20 foot ceiling windows, all that light and white, the nice kitchen, is modern, simple and also the location is amazing. Good job guys!
Chelsea is my jam...best neighborhood for stuff to do and cool eats and drinks...Midtown is where you go with out of town friends...the HOA on that hi-rise must be insane.

The view from the midtown one was so badass! i would prob choose that one although Chelsea is the better neighborhood
just one suggest for cameramen, please show the rooms more and less of host. they can keep on talking you can show the room.
I like the Chelsea apartment better. Kitchen area is very roomy whereas the other apartment’s kitchen is too narrow and cramped.
