    My calves have always been big and I never worked out as a kid, so I think it was from walking so much. I was always adventurous even as a kid and would take off walking and trying to get lost, sometimes walking for many hours. I think any leg exercises including squats will give you what you’re looking for. The biggest thing is consistency and pushing through whatever roadblocks come your way and keep on keeping on.
