Thanks dear Jacinta Ruigrokfor your kind words and appreciation to my work. Yes this one is not so easy. Maybe by getting practice with the other flowers it will work.
I need one help...I made quilling bird's and used paper varnish ...but after 2 months white spots come on the birds something like fungus...what should I do?? which varnish I should use and how?? If you have time please help me...
Hi dear Sheta Agarwal, to make paper complete waterproof is difficult. While you really have to paint every detail with varnish lacquer and not miss one single dot. It's difficult to help you online while I can't see your work in detail and where the mistakes lies, that this could happen. It can be by the wrong lacquer, or not sealed properly or that your bird creation had to suffer under to much water or was by a to moist place. Probably it is because it was not to 100% waterproof (wrong lacquer or not sealed properly) and was exposed to get wet or moisture. Moisture penetrated the weak spot(s) and has been absorbed internally in the paper and because the rest of the bird was well sealed, the moisture could not dry and it began to get moldy. I hope I still could help you some how. bye
