Am I the only one who noticed that George was very happy little boy and loved the planes flying by! Most of the time he acts disinterested and fidgits like a mad man! However today, he stood between his two cousins and really enjoyed himself. I say he likes his older cousin Savannah very much and should be encouraged to do outings with her so he feels more confident. As for Savannah conducting, let her be a child! A please don't do that is all that is needed! Besides anyone who can put her hand over a future king's mouth and regain control of the situation is a natural leader!
I think the issue was that she was "conducting" and singing, but then put her hand over George's mouth as though he did something wrong by singing. Lol! That was the pot calling the kettle black. and if he did wrong, well she did twice as wrong. Not exactly her place to correct him. Who cares if she sang and conducted? She is a kid. However her correcting her cousin is different. and Lol that is now on record for eternity. I can see her in a few years as a young teen being embarrassed by that.
Melva Wages You are so right about that! However, I also see her trying to protect her cousin. She was the instigator, knew it, but didn't want George to get into trouble! She's also an older cousin and as such she has every right to that privilege! William even tells stories of how his older cousin Zara would correct him when they were riding! I think that is why the cousins get on is because they showed respect for the eldest and their ascension order has always been secondary! You can see a huge difference between the Queen's children and the first and second cousins. I Don't think that Charles, Anne, Andrew and Edward like each other as compared to the cousins who seem to enjoy each other's company.

The actual Trooping of the Colour and the Royals standing on the balcony, takes a long tine. Kids will start to get tried. It was also a very hot day here. So they fidget just like kids. The anthem God Save the Queen is a long one. She a child, she’s done nothing wrong!

Prince George wasn't being mischievous. Actually he and Princess Charolette were very well behaved. It was the blonde headed cousin the middle who acted up. She was even older then George and Charolette and should've known better. She was just being a normal child however. All were beautiful children indeed!
Missy Sample her parents should have kept her over where they were standing. She bolted over to the middle, between George & Charlotte, in front of the future King & Queen, and proceeded to overgesture so much that Charlotte got nudged off the edge of whatever she was standing on. And 3 year old Charlotte fell a bit and got hurt.
Older child was not cute, very annoying, and all of tbe above very much her parents' fault!!
Children, especially at that age, need guidance and discipline. A lack of structure and discipline is just as bad as too much discipline.

Hi Elliott. Just asking a question. Was Prince Edward, Count of Essex on the balcony? Also I think the Duchess of Cambridge nudged Savannah twice because she was swinging her arms which did make George giggle even more.
While the Ladies were all beautiful the kids always steal the show princess Ann,s grandaughters looked amazing and happy couldn’t see Harry for Kate’s Hat Happy Birthday to our gracious Queen

I wouldn't say P.George was the "cheeky" one! The older girl in the pink, was the "cheeky" one! She actually put her hand over P.George's mouth! Then proceeded to "cut up", drawing attention to herself all thru the parade! George and Charlotte seemed to be much more poised than the rest! I guess if you are directly in line to the Throne, you learn to act accordingly!

Savannah Phillips, also in line to the throne, put her hand over George's mouth, as little George was laughing during the national anthem. Just kids having fun. George ahead of Savannah in line to the throne, of course; however, the way Britain is going right now, there is probably serious doubt that he'll ever make it to the throne.
If the Royal family stop ruling the country, at least Prince George won't have the headaches and responsibilities of being the ruler/king of England.

I put the video in HD and slowed it down. At 1:17 and 1:18, it looks like she's looking directly into the camera. I though her eyes changed at 1:19 but I think she just looked down a little bit. That's why it looked like her eyes changed. Her facial expression still kind of creeps me out, though.

strange you should say that. i read where buckingham palace needed lots of refurbishing done and that included the balcony. i thought there were not going to do any more balcony appearances until it has been reinforced. you are right. just a small crack in the surface and the whole thing could have crashed down.
