I have listened to a lot of Nisargadatta. This meditation is the best distillation of his Teaching that I have ever experienced. It is life changing. I put it on a loop and listen to it for hours a day. There is absolutely no reason to turn attention to anything else. Any other use of attention is suffering.

    • @bodhiapurva3887
      @bodhiapurva3887 ปีที่แล้ว

@@theoriginalrudeboy2916 The basis of Krishnamurti's teaching are as follows; Truth is pathless. We cannot come to it through any organisation, through any creed, through any dogma, priest or ritual, nor through any philosophic knowledge or psychological technique. We have to find it through the mirror of relationship, through the understanding of the contents of our own mind, through observation and not through intellectual analysis or introspective dissection.
The essence of this is to be an observer, a watcher of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Ordinarily, our minds are full of an endless stream of thoughts and being aware of these is the first step towards a greater understanding of our minds that is not verbal but experiential. Hope this is clear.

@@AwakeningYourFlow: These are the words of the Persian Sufi poet, Rumi. Rumi practiced something called, “non-dual devotion.” To Rumi G-D was simply referred to as “the Beloved” but Rumi was perfectly Aware there was only the Self as the Supreme Absolute or Allah. Call IT what you may’ as the Language of G-D is simply the Silence beyond a ‘thinker’, thoughts, words, ideas, concepts, fantasies, fabrications and cognition or perceptions but difficult to communicate on paper or within the Matrix of a limited 3D mind.
3D words such as G-D, Source, the Absolute, ‘That’, One MIND, Buddha MIND, the Infinite, Brahman, Paramatman, Jehovah, and the ‘Father, are merely 3D labels that point to the Limitless and Indescribable, the non-conceptual, and the Inexpressible. In fact the conceptual mind of ego as the finite thinker can never comprehend or conceive of the Infinite Intelligence as the One MIND. So words like G-D merely point to ‘THAT’ beyond words to the Voidness and Suchness of Śūnyatā शून्यता as Perfect Emptiness and Primordial Pure Self-Luminous Awareness as the Clear MIND or Clear Light of VOID or Śūnyatā शून्यता.
      I am ‘That’.
Tat Tvam Asi [ You are ‘That’ ]
‘That’ Is All There IS as the ALL-ness of ‘THAT’ as the Primordial ONE or the Awake ONE or the Buddha MIND or Parabrahman or whatever word-symbols you care to apply to the outer concept of G-D. Ultimately G-D can not be realized except within the Primordial Silence and Stillness of the Heart as Source.
You Are G-D as ‘THAT’ or the Supreme Absolute or Ultimate Reality, the substratum that gives rise to this virtual reality of ephemeral and transitory forms that lack any self-inherent existence. Actually it would not be incorrect to say you and I do not exist except as figments of our imagination within this 3D Matrix or dream state. But beyond the state of impermanent appearances and apparitions dancing like a mirage or echo, there is the Perfect Emptiness and Pure Awareness as SOURCE or the One MIND.
      I am THAT.
      You are THAT.
Beyond the conceptual mind of ego that beholds a limited impermanent Matrix based upon the delusion of separation, duality, darkness, suffering and death, there Is Only the Primordial Light of the One MIND as the Suchness and Voidness of Śūnyatā शून्यता [VOID].
MIND Is VOID. MIND is G-D. VOID Is G-D.
Out of the VOID there appears the Many out of the ONE. But at the end of the day, there is only the VOID.
This virtual reality or 3D Matrix is simply
G-D’s cosmic playground where G-D as non-duality plays hide-and- go seek with IT’s Self under the veil of ignorance and duality until it appears to evolve back into Buddhahood as ‘the Awake ONE’ which was never lost because Source is eternal Wakefulness.
G-D is Causeless and Changeless, Unfathomable, Immeasurable, Inconceivable, Indescribable, Immutable, Infinite and Eternal as non-dual Pure Awareness in the absence of a subject or object. What can be described is objective and can never be Real as object.
G-D or One MIND is without object except within the duality of ignorance and of dreams.
The Real does not Change and Is Timeless as Eternity accessible in the nonduality of the Eternal NOW beyond any self-identification with a 3D meat body or dualistic conceptual mind [ego].
      I am ‘THAT’.
      TAT TVAM ASI.
      HARI OM TAT SAT.
H-OM-E [ Source ] Is Where the Heart is as THAT.
Did not the Living Light of Christ say that the Kingdom of G-D is within?
Within the Stillness of the mind within the Silence of the Heart, Behold ‘That’ as your Immortal Primordial SELF without a second and drown within the Bliss of Immortality.
Then you shall KNOW, as KNOWING IT’s Self without a subject and an object.
You’re IT. There is no ‘other’.
‘THAT’ is Supreme Reality as Absolute Truth beyond the mind of dualistic thought-forms.
      So Be IT. 🌜🌞🌛
      So’ham.
      Namaste ✨🙏🏽✨

@Jayson Byrne Thank you for correcting me. I was under the impression that Source or the One MIND or the Buddha MIND or the Primordial Self or Shiva or Śūnyatā शून्यता were all various word-symbols pointing to the Supreme Reality or Supreme Absolute or THAT or Truth beyond the conceptual mind of ego. By way of convention, again I express my thanks for your consistent work and the most excellent quality of your readings, as well as the subject matter you choose.
Unconventionally, there is nobody to thank and nobody who exists to thank them, of course. ;) That's this now.
How miraculous and mind boggling it is that our entire reality spontaneously springs into existence, endures for a mere moment and then gives way to the next apparent moment and that that is all the habitual patterns that the mind weaves as it sprays samsara like a prismatic, multi-faceted mist in awareness.
It is a very convincing and realistic form of hyper-reality built on karma. Each moment also reverberates very consistently, most times, into the seemingly substantial past and future. Realizing that, then karma is transcended ultimately, factually and finally. Cause and effect are an artificial construct in the same way, but our being is conditioned to believe in and even swear by this fabrication.
Who said that? I don't know. Do you?

"Grieve no more". . . there is not consistent enough apperception of Reality in this one yet for this to manifest. But there IS the knowingness, thankfully, that this is possible.

Death brings about separation, but when can you say you were truly with someone. Even the body feels and taste things differently, when you are intimate with some one, you are reacting to the thoughts in your mind. Detach yourself from your thought, and recognize that awareness with everything you do. We all come and we all go, realize that every minute and you will come to another realization.

    Astavakra Gita:
    The Avadhuta Gita and Astavakra Gita are probably the most humbling answers to the most important and pivotal query asked in the whole of the Great Bhagavad Gita;
Oh my Dear Lord, how am I to understand who I am?
Please be merciful and tell me for my existence rests only on this knowledge and surrendered devotional practice.
    Bhagavad Gita Chapter 8
Ofcourse it is revealed better in Chapter 13 and 15 however Avadhuta Gita and Astavakra Gita explain this clear cut like the sword.
    ---
Religious merit, sensory pleasures, worldly prosperity, controlling the mind throigh esoteric and non-esoteric methods, discrimination between this and that - these have no significance to the yogi free of duality. Thus advaita vedanta is.

31' "All existence is a continuous process of objectifying. We only exist as one another's objects and as such only in the consciousness that cognizes us. When objectification ceases, as in deep sleep, the objective universe disappears. So long as one imagines oneself as a separate entity, a person, one cannot see the total picture of the impersonal reality."
