I have one of their cycles (smart plus) purchased in 2021. I needed to change the battery in 2024. The price of a smart plus battery is 5000 more than standard battery with same capacity. And the standard battery will not show any display if plugged in smart plus cycle. So, beware before purchasing a smart plus cycle/ebike. Smart facilities would incur high maintenance cost in future.
I was expecting maddy koko to cover this but you did a great job
It seems they are providing 16 Ah battery instead of 20 Ah in this vehicle.They have reduced the price by Rs 6000.

Now a days Maintenance, after sales service is very poor due to 1. Not availablity of spare parts, 2. Not availablity of skilled mechanic . Waste of money, time & income.😮

Throttle pe chalate waqt PAS level maainey nahi rakhta, aap kisi bhi level pe rakh sakte hai, but Haan kuchh model me PAS level ke saath throttle ki speed bhi connected rehta hai, toh uss case me maximum speed pane ke liye level v maximum pe rakhna hoga, dhanyawad
Hello sir.. urban ka look kuch alg hai cycle ke jaisa nhi hai sheet ko aap upar neeche nhi kar sakte to aapko padal assist reng test karne m to preshaani aayegi,,,,,jaise aurita m aayi hogi,,,,,par aurita m aapne sheet ko upar kyu nhi kiya? Usme to kar skte the? Preshani nhi hoti sheet bhi wide thi uski,,,,,,urban ki to wide bhi nhi hai aur na uchi hogi......par thhotal pe to dual saspenson ki bajh se bike ke jaisa mja aata hoga ......bahut badhiya kaam hai aapka....kitna mehnat karte ho.aap...❤
