Hey man, something to note is to always make sure you can remove the fill plug first because if you can’t remove for whatever reason to refill... your ish out of luck. I learned the hard way unfortunately. Luckily had bought a parts bike...

You can also use 10w40, which has almost same spec like 80w90. And there is no such heat in shaft drive that could damage oil viscosity.

Both cool videos. This one and the one about the oil change.

Tip. Always check the fill plug comes off before draining the unit.

Easiest way to remember how often? Every time you replace the rear tire.

Fill the final drive with the recommended oil:
    4.4 US oz (130 cm³)

I'm sorry, I do not know the dimensions of the drain plug. I also checked the manual and it did not show the specs for the plug. You may have to go thru your Honda dealer or, (if the plugs are steel), rub a bar magnet against the ones you already have. Best wishes !

You might want to wear some disposable rubber gloves when dealing with any kind of oil, it will not only protect your skin but also protect anyone else you touch, trying to get oil out of your hands even using the best cleaners is really difficult, sometimes it looks like your hands are clean but you have very light residues of oil under the nails or in the paws which can be transferred.

You must not to lock your nut like that, just gently is ok, but like you do, there is a risk to lock too much and dammage after dilatation of the part...

I don't measure, I just fill up all the empty space with grease.

+Amber Aerts For me, the power is fine, but sometimes I would like to have a 6th gear because at 70 mph the tach is at 5000 rpm and that seems too high to me.
