Hard concur. Metal means no limitations, not being confined to the same repetitive process. The hallmark of a good metal band will take you through multiple stages and transitions from song to song.... and album to album.

This album / tour made them huge in the Underground , if I recall correctly they were Century Media´s greatest selling band at this point . With that type of fame comes a lot of exterior bs which tends to infiltrate the music . Man , what an incredible cover of " Set the controls ... " ... Magnus Sahlgren going out of his way not to sound like Gilmour .
