I kinda like the Dolan encounter. He’s just an unaware quest giver thinking you’re some adventurer, and you’re just like, “alright, this should be good. What do you want?” And he sends you on this quest to do some random bullshit (bear livers, escort a turtle, et cetera), and he gives you a reward, and you’re like, “alright, cool, thanks bro” and just stab him and leave him to bleed out. It’s great.

Am I the only one that loves Hand of Raffam in this adventure? It can rank up early damage AND slows down the AI game by 4 mana. I know it doen't sounds like much but whenever I pick it, it gets work done.

There seems to be a trend, whenever someone defeats Khadgar it's in some completely obnoxious and cruel messed-up way. I had a deck full of 5 mana Ragnaros Lightlords and I milled him into corrupted blood as he played Aluneth as his last of three non-blood cards.
Now this is how a real tournament champion wins the PvE content. And don't be afraid of liking gnomes (or goblins too), my man, they aren't lolis but shortsacks. Absolutely legal. Hell, this works for reality too. I also can't believe they added the tortolian meme to Hearthstone. Altough I'm happy they somehow added some typical Dalaran questing.
i bloody hate heroic mode, i probably have 50+ failures, 20 of them getting me to khadgar, but his mana boost absolutely obliterates me before i get to use cards... i even had a full deck of azari the devourer :/ but because i didn't get goggles with my robes of gaudiness, i was dead by turn 7, i've had enough, or this will just make me hate hearthstone, i loved the 4 first wings, but wing 5 is overly reliant on you getting a perfect deck, its just not skilled based,

Toast equivalent exchange isn't a Fullmetal Alchemist reference, it's an alchemy reference. Equivalent exchange is the theory of alchemy that in order to create one must destroy of equal atomic value. Fullmetal just took that and ran with it.
That's just because every power will seem bad compared to card advantage. But both a 2/2 for 2 and dealing 2 damage for 2 life are _premium_ hero powers.

I had the spell discount in sound the bells last run. Casted it like 1000 times to otk them. I think even notre-dome has some sounding bells again.
For me it was instant devolves, Ray of frost and shatter combos, poison rushes, and I just quit because I knew that wasn't going to happen.

i just got incredibly lucky and pulled off the sound the bells + goggles combo. it was lucky because sound the bells wasn't in my deck.
