I kinda like the Dolan encounter. He’s just an unaware quest giver thinking you’re some adventurer, and you’re just like, “alright, this should be good. What do you want?” And he sends you on this quest to do some random bullshit (bear livers, escort a turtle, et cetera), and he gives you a reward, and you’re like, “alright, cool, thanks bro” and just stab him and leave him to bleed out. It’s great.
I had the spell discount in sound the bells last run. Casted it like 1000 times to otk them. I think even notre-dome has some sounding bells again.
For me it was instant devolves, Ray of frost and shatter combos, poison rushes, and I just quit because I knew that wasn't going to happen.
You completely annihilated every single boss, I'm very impressed
I love toasty boi but tbf he did use a swarm deck with an anomaly of giving minions +1+1 so its not the hardest to do
dude the mode is super easy.
@@00Landmine ya he got a 0 mana dream grove and emerald goggles as well xd, instant empty hand into buffs or instant 5 legendarys into buffs , there was no way to lose.

That ring of the legendaries is my new favorite treasure. Reduce it to zero, reduce it with goggles, reduce it with other effects, and it's so broken! Even at 9 mana it can be broken!
I still can't figure out a stronger play than 5 mal'ganis its so absolutely insane (except an OTK turn of course)

You can always win on turn 2 with the Bells card for paladin and emerald goggles
If you get something that manages to stick past a turn. Pretty unlikely considering the last 3 bosses all run arcane missles

Usually it takes me like 3 tries but i lucked out and got the "recast all buff spells youve cast on this minion" as a paladin, with galvidon, and i managed to add 3 copies of her to my deck as well as the 4 mana treasure that says "replace minions in your deck with copies of this one". Literally every turn after turn 3 was an 80/50

There seems to be a trend, whenever someone defeats Khadgar it's in some completely obnoxious and cruel messed-up way.
I had a deck full of 5 mana Ragnaros Lightlords and I milled him into corrupted blood as he played Aluneth as his last of three non-blood cards.
i just got incredibly lucky and pulled off the sound the bells + goggles combo. it was lucky because sound the bells wasn't in my deck.

Grimmer patron is the best option. I had a super op adventure deck around them.
Am I the only one that loves Hand of Raffam in this adventure? It can rank up early damage AND slows down the AI game by 4 mana. I know it doen't sounds like much but whenever I pick it, it gets work done.
PedroFelix I once did a run where I picked up 2 of them, with a bomb setting Mr. Chu. Then I got creamed by the Discard lock.

taost commented a while ago about people hate on him because he changed and people dont like change. I dont think this is the reason. I think it is, because he was a nice smart guy and now he is just a chad. a smart one but still a chad.
Heroic mode isn't harder, it's just more RNG as you actually have to rely on the game giving you good cards.
Well, it's not more rng, it's the same amount but it's more impactful
Try putting Malygos against Kalec or Vargoth

I lost to double Flame Ward on Kalec in the late game using this technique

i bloody hate heroic mode, i probably have 50+ failures, 20 of them getting me to khadgar, but his mana boost absolutely obliterates me before i get to use cards... i even had a full deck of azari the devourer :/ but because i didn't get goggles with my robes of gaudiness, i was dead by turn 7, i've had enough, or this will just make me hate hearthstone, i loved the 4 first wings, but wing 5 is overly reliant on you getting a perfect deck, its just not skilled based,
I started this chapter on heroic on the same Anomaly with the Imp-ressive Deck instead
It gave me zero Swarm or Lil Demon buckets
I got Rin and give her the right hand man buff with the robe of gaudiness, so by like turn 7 or 8 the ai doesn’t have a deck anymore

I used Alexstraza to reduce Khadgar hp to 15 and then beat him.

Toast equivalent exchange isn't a Fullmetal Alchemist reference, it's an alchemy reference. Equivalent exchange is the theory of alchemy that in order to create one must destroy of equal atomic value. Fullmetal just took that and ran with it.

Is it just me or does the other warlock hero powers seem bad. Deal 2 take 2 and take 2 summon a 2/2 imp.
That's just because every power will seem bad compared to card advantage. But both a 2/2 for 2 and dealing 2 damage for 2 life are _premium_ hero powers.
Flag with paladins basic hero power is better
Wow that Bolan round was easy. I faced him on a normal run and died turn 4, because he played murlocs
Now this is how a real tournament champion wins the PvE content. And don't be afraid of liking gnomes (or goblins too), my man, they aren't lolis but shortsacks. Absolutely legal. Hell, this works for reality too.
I also can't believe they added the tortolian meme to Hearthstone. Altough I'm happy they somehow added some typical Dalaran questing.

Nah son, I did it way before you cuz I recruited a random legendary minion and got Alextraza in the very first bar + the 2 mana discount most left card gogles, killed khadgar on turn 7 bro.

It would’ve been a lot more difficult if you did the run without the +1/+1 plot twist. Kadgar would just erase your board.

I never noticed Wendy's power was a reference to Fullmetal Alchemist. And now that I think of it, her name could be a reference too, since Edward's best friend, mechanic and future wife was also named Wendy (though for some reason her name was often translated as "Winry", due to the way it was spoken in Japanese, but I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be Wendy).
