Incredibly helpful. Mahalo nui.
Yay! So great to hear!!
One of my favorite spots
I have been here 25 Decembers in a row with the exception of the Covid couple of years. This is my favorite place to be in Dec.
Just a note: Foodland and Popeyes have yet to open. Many new businesses in the Waikoloa plaza are stuck in the permit process. Foodland's estimated opening date is 2026. It is also essential for prospective buyers of the Waikoloa Village area to know that there is only a single road in or out of the community serving 7000+ people. As Waikoloa is in one of the most fire-risk areas of the Big Island, wildfires are a real threat, and a single road makes evacuations difficult. A second road for the village may take 20+ years, and the village is expected to grow by the thousands in that time.
Mahalo for sharing! This is great information and I thank you for adding it for value. Sending lots of Aloha your way!
Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Resort are definitely not the same thing.
@@Phantom.1 that's very true! Thank you for adding to the conversation.
