Tasha there is a test for it called a CA125. I had to take them when I was going through my own ovarian/reproductive system issues. It's called a CA125 to search for ovarian cancer it was introduced after the actress Gilda Radner passed away from ovarian cancer back in the day. Please let our sisters know this CA125
