You guys are completely mental.....but brilliant! i wish I had the confidence to do half this stuff! crazy! I think this gives a good insight as to what the human body can actualy do...with the right training and dynamics and flexibillity.
i love how this video has some fails in it, cause we always think "we'll never be as good as dem" but it shows dat dey r not perfect and how dey always keep training and training no matter wat

beautifull, just plain beautiful. i was trying this here at home, you know, beggining with the basics, such as those high jumps to land on the floor and roll. they look a lot harder then they really are, theyare actually quite easy =]
