    HI there. I've followed every step. But when I open the software on my Windows pc there's only the pc camera showing. No sign of my phone's camera. Yes both are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and network is set to private. Any tips please?

    I’ve added this to help with teaching online (Art teacher). I’ve got it all set up and it’s working following your instructions - thanks! But the problem is that it’s not as clear as yours. I have a MacBook Air and an iPhone MaxPro so I don’t think it’s my technology. When I move my hand for drawings it’s goes all pixelated.. why is that? Of course I need it as clear as possible for the reason I’m using it. Do I need to pay for better quality?

      I believe they might’ve updated their app where you have to purchase or subscribe for certain features - I haven’t use this for a while. That might be the reason? Or possibly your WiFi connection?

    I have loaded app on phone and visualiser software on laptop. Both on same network, made sure private so laptop should find the phone, but won't find the phone camera, only gives webcam. So frustrated. Don't know what I am doing wrong.

      Jane Wade (STAFF) Hmm that’s very odd. Is the phone on the same WiFi band as well? Some routers have two wireless bands of similar name; for example; MYWIFI 2.4GHz and MYWIFI 5GHz. Make sure they’re exactly the same. If you’re doing this at school using the school network, that might be a bit tricky due to security configuration of your school’s network. Try restart your devices too.

      Yes you can record your lecture by clicking the video camera icon on the Visualiser app once your iDocCam is connected to your computer.

      @MrKhairi  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      BAGEWADI COMMERCE FOUNDATION yes you can have two cameras at the same time. It’s picture in picture. On the main screen you can set the iDocCam while the other PiP is your webcam.

      Hollie Dyer yes - it’s possible for Zoom & Google Meets but I’m pretty sure the rest too if you have the window in full screen & share your screen to your audience.

    Works great.... For about half an hour till my battery runs down! Good for a one off but couldn't replace a visualiser for constant use throughout the day

      Oh dear! Depends on the phone too. You can turn brightness down as you don’t need to see the phone screen anyway. There’s a button on the app to blank phone screen to black to save battery. But of course best to have the phone plugged in charge when doing this.
