I wish we got more music-leaning packs for the sims (bands, instruments, concerts, etc.)
with the amount of artists collabs I'm surprised they don't

@@ShaniaPaige96even a hobby stuff pack would be great. Could add new instruments to game, as well as potentially things like karate and dance class and after school activities for children. Battle of the bands would be a very welcomed event in game, I'm sure I'm not the only one with that thought.
This just reminded me of going to the record and film store as a kid in the 90s with my schoolmates and never having money to buy anything lol

I am glad you didn't make it run down. We got plenty of run-down buildings in the country, and I think it will be uplifting if you take a building that is in the real world and renovated it to give it either its original look or a new look. Such as a historic building.
I just want to say that I think you deserve every single one of those likes and subscribers and then some because you are so INCREDIBLY creative and talented. I wish I could put every one of your builds in my game seriously. Your knowledge of the items in the game is astounding and the way you make SO MANY builds and they are all so different, and each one is special! I am in awe and you're amazing. That's it. ❤

The cafe is so sweet and the vibes of this whole build are so cozy that I am sorely tempted to buy two of the kits I don't have just so I can download this lot and it be complete. It's gorgeous... I can imagine so many of my sims hanging out here!

I used to live in little Nampa, Idaho (which is bigger than where I live now but that’s besides the point) and the downtown had a run down, old and musty record shop next to some thrift stores and cafes…this gives me those vibes and I love it.

I would also like to comment, that I am glad you had fun making this lot, and don't take this as criticism, but I think the studio is small. Where is the band going to play?? I know we don't have drums--unless it is a mod--but there needs to be a space for live music. It can be a place for a small band to put together a demo. I like the coffee shop idea, but I think you could have used that room for the studio.
Or an auto shop/gas station/beauty salon.
I suppose a bigger one could have been nice. I was basing it off the recording studios ive been in though haha and they were all VERY small.
I have an idea. I was thinking of making one myself, but I think you would be great at it too....
A skating rink! Someplace where sims could skate inside, play some video games, and eat or drink... like a skating rink. Just an idea...
