I know you’ve done a pool in the past, but a pool lot with a splash pad area could be fun!

I definitely would like to see more community lots. Maybe try other community lots that can work with Growing Together gameplay like a family friendly beach, pool, children's museum or a retail or spa space with a kids drop off area (like Ikea lol). Somewhere Sims can take the whole family. Great build. I'm really looking forward to playing with this lot.
I've always viewed community lots as a rec center like area. I normally add a place to cook in all my community lots and showers. A gym will be more geared towards working out, but might have a playground. A library will have a kitchen and all the kid activities. A pool will have all the features of a gym with backyard stuff and now a splash pad. I try to keep in mind that sometimes my sims live in them and ask myself what I would want while there. It makes all the community lots more challenging to build, but makes them really fun to play in
This build gives me such joy!! This is an instant "put in every save file"
I wish I could watch the streams, but as a European viewer there is no way I could manage watching and wake up in time for school lol, but I absolutely love watching the final video
A rec centre makes so much sense in the world. I rarely ever use libraries and I find them boring to go to, but this is perfect because it encompasses multiple purposes and it´s much needed for a world that is seriously lacking in the amount of lots (eternal EA struggle)
This space is so awesome!! What I love to see in community lots is places to sleep. Like, this obviously doesn’t work for all lot types, but especially for worlds that feel like it would be “far” to travel. Like maybe a museum in Brindleton Bay on the lighthouse lot that’s also a B&B. or a dorm in the magic realm. Or a hidden bunker under the library in Stangerville. Sometimes you just don’t wanna travel all the time.
I would love to see another abandoned build I love those. Maybe with a swimming pool?

Ik you can’t go to school with the kids and Todd’s don’t go to school unless u have a mod but can u build a school aimed at kids and like a preschool for the toddlers
I always like to see community lots! I take my Sims out of the house a lot so it's always nice to have more options for public venues. I would love to see community lots for different occult Sims to hang out at. A pool for mermaids who don't live near open water, a lounge with pipe organs for vampires, a futuristic bar for aliens (bars host alien night on Tuesdays if you have GTW), etc. I think it would be a fun creative challenge and a great club hangout venue for players to meet other occult Sims!
I love community lots by you and comminity builds in general because I never know how to build them so I’m always seeking for inspiration! Yes, please keep building them 🖤

I actually have so much fun doing libraries and made a super cute eclectic one that's more like bookshop when like old chairs and modern updates on the second floor for like the science people and the so cute"freelancers"...popped the coffee stand outside it too like a" Starbucks"... making the kids section super fun too:p
I wanted to suggest a family home...but for a mix of special type Sims! Maybe there's a wizard parent and a werewolf, one of the kids is an surprise alien, or something along those lines anyway. Could be fun also if there was vampy grandma

I know you enjoy the challenge of a tiny house, so maybe a very small, "tiny" library. I know most libraries are enormous, but I've been to some super rural ones that are very small. That could be fun.
I'd really love to see a spa/salon lot in brindleton bay. A park would be great too since we have the tree house now.

I think a great place to build would be dedicated from infants to kids. A place where parents can have toddler play dates and kids can have slumber parties cos not everyone has enough space in their home for all the sleeping bags. So ground floor for the youngest generation, 2nd floor for kids and maybe a 3rd floor for teen hangout

Did they change the item from parenthood at 16:03 to actually work? So far only my adults but none of my kids or toddlers could use it.
Mine use it but they have to have a certain amount of movement/motor skill
