99% of the time: No, you won't get banned. 1% of the time: Yes, you can get banned. Valve has banned some people that were ranked really high in the leaderboard that were boosted by cheaters.

I got demotivated with the false ban I received recently ; _ ; I don't want to half-ass it. I wanted to go above and beyond, and actually have it be somewhat of a tutorial / show installation, along with discussing firmware/kmbox/fuser/moonlight etc. If I still decide to do do the video, it'll be without the installation.

Best rage cheat is aimware but you'll get banned/ red trust within days. Neverlose just released their cs2 cheat but its currently just partial open beta.
well.. i got the red medal and I did not use any automation (claiming myself the only person across the world that got the red medal legit). All I need is to boot up casual with 20 accounts or flying scoutsman with 12 accounts and farm kills against the afk ones. Does it means I broke the CS tos farming alone without getting harassed by the whole community?

To give some context, more than a year ago, (cs2 wasn't even a thing back then) I decided that in 2023, i will do all i can and play as consistent as possible to get a ponk medal. So I started grinding from july of 2022, i played every single week in order to get to level 40 by the end of 2022 and start with the white medal. Then , this whole year, i consistently put at least 20h a week into CS just for this goal. And you know what? Even though, i have 39 exp boosts to use them at the end of the year, I WILL STILL HAVE TO BE HAPPY ONLY WITH THE PURPLE MEDAL!!!! And, of course, the pink one is achievable for those dedicated and with enough time on their side so I'm okay knowing that i will only have the purple one but , in my eyes, every single scum that has Level 200+ on steam and over 2000h on CS, and you see them with the red medal acquired in march, those dogs deserve VAC. I reported countless of such scums and seeing them with VAC on their profile made me feel so good. Were they a priority? Maybe not. Am I glad they got vacced? YES!! thank you Valve, I love you!
I got banned but I wasn’t my fault like I got banned 600 days ago but in that moment my account was not in my hands, I was got hacked and he (the hacker) started cheating I got the vac ban and I write to the staff asking why I got banned and they simple ignored me and it’s like a full year I’m asking like every month if they can remove it but nothing happens
Seems like they stopped banning on monday. Only my main banned friday week ago out of 5 boosted cuz only it had high medal. Would never guess that could be a reason of my ban on main LOL
