Hello. Today i tried making your recipe. I did something wrong. I couldn't knead the dough and hence couldn't form the balls. It was very very sticky. I added more maida. Then i could knead and form the balls. But after i fried them they were so dense and hard and didn't absorb the syrup. Pls help.
you dont have to add more maida, the dough will be sticky in the beginning, just keep on kneading it, until smooth. please follow the exact measurements to make this recipe exactly like this. all the best

Maida is all purpose flour and yes you can avoid it and instead use wheat flour👍🏻
