    Your high speed wobble should not be happening. Check tire pressure, adjust suspension settings as per manual, go to to the manual where it shows how to check steering head play. When you reach your 600 miles for the first service let the service writer know that this is happening. Also sitting farther forward on the seat, when doing wheelies scoot back on the seat some. Always cover the brake pedal when doing a wheelie.

      I have a yamaha xt 660 it weighs 180kg’s. When i go like 90mph i do get the exact same wobble especially when there is a little bit of wind. My tire pressure is on top, how can that happen?

      I own this bike and its normal at high speed, trust me. Exceptionally light weight for its power, tall, massive single cylinder engine, off road geometry... It's the nature of the bike.

      Nah that speed wobble isn’t normal.

    First thing to practice with wheelies is footbrake not staying high in the air and do it in 1st gear

      daan daan after the crash I started from scratch and I do them right now. Took me flying off the back from doing them wrong to finally stop doing them like a Jack ass. And I know I wasn’t even sitting back out leaning back. I was doing everything wrong lol

    Chaser wheelies,chopping throttle, and speed wobbles, not a good sign 😂

      Also doesn’t cover the rear break recipe for a loop.

    I recommend staying in mode 1 for wheelies on this bike (I have the 2019). Theres not much reason to be in mode 2 for them... especially if you're admittedly choppy on the throttle. You can get it up in 2nd gear with mode 1 no problem. Happy unicycling!

    • @davidh1314
      @davidh1314 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Can’t do wheelies in mode one. Has wheelie control. At least the 2021’s do

    I was hoping to get a video of the damage and maybe an update on the cost to repair after this accident. I think this would be very interesting information for your followers.

    • @ColumbiaBros
      @ColumbiaBros  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      JayBird hey the nest video shows the damage. I pretty much destroyed the bars and the entire left side. I wasn’t filming after the accident because I was pretty banged up at first but the next video shows most of the damage. I spent about 900 to replace the entire left side of the bike. Lmk if you have anymore questions!

      DRZ400sm is the Suzuki I mention in the video they are very inexpensive but a great foot in the door for the supermoto world

    Not too worry I came off on a 3rd gear power wheelie at very high speeds. Pains a rush💪

      @ColumbiaBros  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh 100% I was doing it wrong lol I learned how to do it correctly now

      @@ColumbiaBros You still weren't bad though. Really!!! Also obviously now that you have the rear brake covered and a bit more aware of iit should try stand up wheelies. Once you get a feel for being over the bike youll find it so much easier to see and feel balance point. Also try lifting her up and immediatly putting her in a highrr gear with quick shifter and then roll on again. Go through the gears like that and you'll look and feel like a pro. 😉

    Dude you don't have a feeling for the gas... When you do a wheelie just try to hold the angle. What you tried to do was like a licens plate skrach.. Well you tried but thats for people with a lot of skill. I am not saying that I am better than you or something but you have to learn it step by step. If you want to do circle wheelies later on... You need a lot of feeling for the gas.

    • @ColumbiaBros
      @ColumbiaBros  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      100% correct lol I deff was not doing it safe at all but I have learned more and am getting better everyday. I’m deff smoother on the throttle now and I utilize the back break which before I just practiced covering it but not using it and I deff paid for it lol

      I just didn’t hit it for some dumb reason. I was covering it but I was whiskying the throttle too much so I went back pretty quick and didn’t react fast enough I guess
