  • Introducing the NEW Rumble series of hard baits from Northland Tackle! The balsa construction of the Rumble Shiner changes the game for shallow water walleyes with it's erratic slashing action and slow rise which triggers more strikes!

    I don’t know about just spring time or just warm water. I catch walleyes with jerkbait year round. Fall and winter, cold water, we do really well also.

    Really like your shows you put on. Need to get some of these baits. Are these being sold in all sport stores?

    Is that rumbler shiner a deep diver or shallow diver

    Great videos. Didn’t realize jerk baits are so effective on walleyes. Guess will be making a purchase in the near future. Seems like location is critical and using side imaging is key. Would you agree?

      Yes! Main lake structure especially. Using SI on Shoreline structure it is not as effective because of the quicker incline in depth. In my experience doesn’t read as well for finding fish.
      Good luck with the new Rumble shiner!!!

    Those look like some awesome rods, been looking for a great medium-medium light cranking rod. I've been looking at Elliots, and own a few spinning rods from them this past year and are phenomenal. They don't have any in stock atm, might have to check out Kraemer's Custom Rods. What are the specs on those rods?

      You will love your KCR! Erik makes every rod to your specific specs - hence “custom rod”. The rods we used were 7’O” medium power, moderate action. Perfect for cranks and jerks! Good luck!

    Should be getting fish every cast with fish that thick, Rumble bait????

    You keep saying that you are using Rumble Shiners but the lures you are actually catching fish on look like Rumble Sticks.

    • @SportsmansJournalTV
      @SportsmansJournalTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It was a prototype of the Shiner. The lip was tweaked a bit for reaching multiple depths. Body shape and design are the exact same!

    What water is 60 to 70 degrees now, is this an old video? New videos is what I like to see, nowhere water temps are like that now.

      These are great videos! You have to realize how the process works. They could wait till the summer to air these and you wouldn't know the difference when they were recorded. I love watching these now so it prepares me for the upcoming fishing season.
