Nice, quick demo job. Now there's a clean slate to create whatever you want. Excited to see what innovative design you come up with. I like the narration over the video. I hope you do more of that. It allows for more detailed explanations.
A & D mobile home demo company. U have it down to a science. Expertly completed. No nonsense down to earth work. Amazingly not killing one bug. Great job
Hello my favorite couple and kids all the hard work will payoff it’s amazing what you do to make trash into treasures thanks you for another lovely video you make hurry to my computer to see what you have in store for today wishing you always good health and happiness peace 🙏🙏🌺🌺❤️❤️🥰🥰🌸🌸🌸👍👍
I like how you overlayed commentary (narration) on the video. You should do that more often. I imagine it’s more time consuming, but it’s much more enjoyable. I especially like Ashley’s input, giving her a chance to hear her thoughts and opinions. Great camera work, positioning and editing…as usual. Cheers!😊
We just flipped a house here in tennesse..it had dog urine odor thruout the house..we had to tear out walls and flooring to get rid of the odor..we also had a roach infestation..we out alot of time and effort into the house..but it finally sold..and turned out beautifully ! Doug! You are a 1 man do it all! I've never seen anyone like you! I enjoy watching all your and your wife's projects and those precious children too!
Just an hour?!? Doug was definitely in Beast Mode to accomplish so much so quickly. I know Ashley was outside clearing garbage and hauling Doug's demo debris to the dumpster. It was nice to see the dumpster so close to the mobile home. Saving a few steps hauling debris in the Florida heat is wise. (In my late 20s I experienced heat exhaustion helping a friend in Central Florida. It was scary. My friend thought I had a stroke so she called an ambulance. I remember very little of the experience. I do recall a bit of the ambulance ride and being surrounded by medical personnel in the ER.) I know you 4 are very healthy, thankfully so!
I bought a 1984 14 x 50 in Central Florida 6 years ago in a over 55 Park. The park got possession of it and was selling it and I picked it up for 4 thousand dollars. The inside was freshly done and I couldn't believe my luck. Yes ,I pay lot rent but it's way under 500 a month. I've had literally no problems but replaced the 2 window units 2 years ago. Trees and shrubbery around mobile homes are a mobile homes enemy. Luckily mine was far from any trees. I'm glad that you totally gutted that trailer and will watch the updates. The homes where I live have jump through the roof in price.
It is amazing to see this cleaned out canvas, of this mobile home. I'm excited to see your floor plan ... And watching you work at it as you go along...... It's really amazing what you can do ...but one thing is for sure..... when you guys get it back together it is going to be gorgeous
Another great job of tearing down and cleaning up. I think one of the biggest things I worry about is what could come out of those walls. Like that big black spider, which I assume is harmless but scary as can be. I'm glad there hasn't been anything worse than that, at least not that you have shown us. This is going to be an amazing rehab and we look forward to seeing it take place. Thanks for sharing your vision and your skills with us.
I like this style of video for something repetitive like demo, especially when they're aren't any cool surprises. Nicely done, guys! Until next time, take care! ❤
I loved the music! It sounds like Chet Atkins playing the guitar. I know you have heard this a million times but please stay hydrated during this remodel. I do worry about the both of you working in this heat. I hope you will stop long enough to enjoy the 4th of July with your children. Sending you big hugs from Tennessee!
I was making dog food, listening to a cozy mystery, then saw your newest video was up! Closed the book, made a cup of tea and sat down to enjoy the latest development on DIYFFERENT. The perfect morning break.
Oh gosh guys so much hard work in that hot weather, that mobile home was such a mess. Oh goodness such a mess to keep cleaning up, and thank goodness you have that dumpster to fit all of that junk and you have done a fabulous job tearing everything out and down. And that was funny to hear..."It's dusty not doggy". Thanks for sharing this video, have a wonderful day sending love and hugs, bye! 🤣🤗👍👋🙏💜💜
I'd love it if in your next video you could give us a close-up shot of the wall studs that were damaged by the carpenter ants and the rafters that you are planning to deal with. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there is minimal damage to the sub-flooring and joists in the kitchen area.
Great job. I am thinking you could bring in a garage vacuum and get a lot of that dust and insulation out of there with less need to wear a mask. I have never before seen a mobile home gutted. There is a lot more potential in that than I would ever have imagined. Thank you for sharing.
Yeah it is insane how much mess there is during demo. Even with my current home when I was just switching a basic 2ft x 2ft attic entrance with a pull down ladder style system I had to go so slow in order to not get completely overwhelmed by the amount of drywall, insulation, and saw dust. If you're trying not to make a mess it will take roughly 10 times longer since you can only do one or two steps at a time and then you have to stop to clean up. As Doug does its much much faster doing a large demo and coming back to clean up after, but definitely want to wear a mask to protect your lungs.
Make sure to check it's level the home before doing any flooring and walls . Who knows how long it's been there ? I'm excited to see what you come up with for the rebuild.
I just tuned into your channel, I do remember awhile back the mobile home you both worked on the Red stripe and Red outside fantastic fixture reminded me, did you sell it? I hope so. Im so impressed how you carefully handled your neighbors burn pile, so tactful, some people dont see what others see, whats normal for one person isn't necessarily normal for another, your Both so kind and work so Hard, GREAT roll models for your 2 fledgling's. Your Daughter shows interest into the insect world, might be what she might study in future college and science. Bless you Both. We need so many of you in this world. Keep going, dont be deterred by anything, keep your own focus and positive attitude,Ignore negativity, they don't add to this life. Unfortunately were stuck with that element. You Both are what this Country was built on.I love seeing young people, like yourselves, being so motivated.
Im ready for demo to be done. Im ready to see it all go back together. I love mobile homes. Ive always been the one that prefers a mobile home over a house house. I of coarse love mobile living like tiny house, rv's etc. Id love to see Doug do a tiny house for an investment. One that he could pull behind a truck or car. 😊
This is really moving along, it’s amazing how much bigger this looks on the inside now. This will be a safe, clean home 🏡 for a family to live in once you guys finish the renovation. The yard looks to be large, once you clean it up it will be a great place for children to play.
Such hard work in the hot, hot weather. I wanted to help by grabbing a broom and start sweeping!! Everything. I am happy that you are young and not my age !! Good work !!!!!!!!!!
I'd say it's a smart move to use sped up time lapses; to highlight specific projects; and to show completed before and after videos. Too many TH-camrs are "milking" projects and are losing viewership because of it.
I think the two of you are just wonderful and love all your hard work. It is very smart to have passive income.
What is meant by “passive income” ?
@@lindacarruthers3423 Passive income means you don't have to work for it - in other words rental property.
@@janandbruceadamsvanadventu3226 Thankyou
Love watching the demo, but very excited to see how you put it all back together! It’s going to be wonderful! ❤
You both make a great team! Another great video ❤
This is going to be another remodel masterpiece.
Good morning can’t wait to see each video and the progress
Good job! Looking forward to seeing your rebuild plans!
Thank you so much! I appreciate all you do! God bless your family!
So much work. Don't know how you guys do it. Amazing hard working people!!!!!😊
WOO HOO!! No more dog smell! Thank you for another great video.
Lucky is the person who buys this once Doug and Ashley make it better than new!
Nice, quick demo job. Now there's a clean slate to create whatever you want. Excited to see what innovative design you come up with. I like the narration over the video. I hope you do more of that. It allows for more detailed explanations.
I look for yalls videos everyday!
Thank you for another video.
Thank you for your support :)
Great job you guys 😊
Getting those walls down good job
So much hard work, but you always do a fantastic job!
Oh tidings of comfort and joy!🎶🎶
I enjoyed the 20 seconds of Christmas music. Now I will be humming "God rest ye merry gentlemen.." the rest of the day. LOL
A great clean canvas to work with now . Can't wait to see how you put this home back together!
A & D mobile home demo company. U have it down to a science. Expertly completed. No nonsense down to earth work. Amazingly not killing one bug. Great job
I know you’ll do something amazing with that space and look forward to watching. Your videos are so well edited, makes it a pleasure.

Good morning! Beast mode Doug!
Your doing a fantastic job!
You both are the most amazing workers
You guys are awesome - I love your work ethic, you do a great job on every job.Bravo 👍❤️

Take care in that heat. ❤
It’s so nice to sit in my air conditioned home and watch all this messy, hot and hard work!
Looking great folks, great work, looking forward to the remodel ❤️❤️❤️

I think this is a great investment for you all. By the time you are done it will be amazing. The property as far as I can tell looks beautiful. 😊
I’m sure it’s a good feeling knowing everything on the inside is gutted and I’d say it smells much better which is a big plus.

@@diyfferentI completely agree with you Rosemary!
Nice job, I bet you are glad that is done.
I can almost feel the sweaty, dusty, grittiness every time I watch you guys do a tear out🤢

I love that you like to get down to basics. Now on to the improvements.
Wow, it looks like the kitchen area should actually be the livingroom with that nice huge window.
Looking good and looking forward to the next one. Great work and thanks for sharing this with us take care
