Weekend at the Cottage ............. Oh my goodness, I love sweet mince pies and Eccles cakes! After my lunch today I had a warm sweet mince pie 'knee deep' in double cream 😂. It's the only way to eat them ! Yes, all good here thanks, hope likewise for you and yours. Stay safe! X

That size is sooo cool, plus how you insert the dough balls and then make a hole, just looking cool ;)
They're tiny little wonders... I just use my finger, but you can use the end of a fork or a tiny muddler too!
