It is literally impossible for a color to be overrated/underrated
For something to be truly overrated, it has to have not done enough in the eyes of a person to deserve so much praise.
For something to be truly underrated, it has to have done more in the eyes of a person than its given credit for.
That is not possible for colors. They're purely visual, and completely subjective.
