Something I've always loved about this freestyle is the use of regens. For the entire first half of his performance he doesn't return the yoyo to his hand.
I remember when Jensen was happy like this.. Now he seems so depressed, something might have happened or, maybe he just changed his style. But this is probably the best performance I've seen by Jensen

Wanna know why he won? BECAUSE THE HUMAN MIND LIKES THINGS THAT ARE BOUNCY AND SPINY, and due to the fact that Jensen is a genius, he made his entire freestyle appeal to that. All things considered, EVERYONE who placed in the BAC has incredible skill, the only thing that separates them are styles, but skill is equal.
Still concerned about how his tricks used to click REALLY high (bc of the sound of the clickers lol) and nowdays this elements aren't scored the same, even tho most of his elements requires complex excecution.
Gentry has stated that he was a Jensen fan for years and most of his old tricks were inspired by Jensen's Tricks, he ended up changing that style after 2014 but the inspiration was always there.

this just shows the player makes the yoyo not the other way around. he won using a PROTOSTAR $40.00 compared to wooly marmot $100+
