Hahaha Black Star is pretty awesome! :D Soul Eater is a good anime to get started with and yeah there is much more content in the manga than the anime. I'm sure you'll like reading it!

Holy shit you read 13 volumes of Dead Man Wonderland in an evening!?! i know it's doable but i probably couldn't ever see myself doing it haha my attention just withers away after a couple of hours and i have to wait a bit before carrying on unless i'm REALLY! into the story, i have owned the 1st volume of Dead Man Wonderland for around 6-7 months now but i just haven't gotten round to it yet, maybe i should haha, also Vinland Saga and Berserk i need to get as i have heard a shit ton of praise for them, nice video!.
