Why does when I'm try to tween 2 frames for making movie clips, it always like dissapear and then appears again, and it keep repeating like that

Go to library tools section and there you can see arrows with stick figure tools heading, use that to navigate to Movieclips tool

It's kind of tricky, you can trace the images of the animation individually to trace the animation, I would prefer you to trace the key frames, remember tracing is only good for practice
