Today topic buying property in Dubai, I have suggestions for those who’s willing to buy in Dubai. 1. It’s a tax free property market. 2. Very secure and promising in good rental income minimum 5% - 7% between. 3. Easy to buy and selling transfer procedure. 4. Buying through mortgage is not available. 5. Best to buy ready property for rentals income. 6. Off plan is good for resealing premiums. 7. Only buy from Sami govt Devloper. Dubai is the best market for rental income in the region.
What do you mean about,buying through mortgage is not available and always buy from semi government developers? Why? Pls elaborate a bit.

Best way would be to show a map of dubai and define or mark areas where expats can buy a property lets say i tell you i have 50k usd budget which area will be more sutiable then you can point out on the map and tell me ok in 50k usd you can probably get a studio flat in this area which is reason able or if i say $100k or $250k then you tell what i can get in that budget and in which area i think dubai markdown areas for foriegn buyers you cant buy everywhere there are zones for it.

Salam brother we have been living from past 2 years and we pay rent around 50,000 to 60000 Aed per year. We plan on living in dubai for next 5 to 8 years. Should we buy our own apartment to save rent or should we buy Emar stocks. Also which areas here have good ROI. :)

I’m clearly seeing an over supply issue in Dubai. Big mistake on their part.
For now rents may go up a little up but will come down due to over supply.

I know that you can do that while in UAE through any bank as broker - but not sure if you are abroad. May be you need to have the bank account in the UAE but I am not sure.
