My Croatian Summer | Working at Camp California with CCUSA

- Earlier this year my life took an unexpected turn and I suddenly found myself working at Camp California in Pakotane, Croatia. Although this wasn't my plan, the summer turned out to become one of the most special times of my life, and I consider myself very lucky to have spent 3 months in this unique place with a bunch of wonderful people teaching children about life, friendship, and community. This video is a collection of moments from my summer.

This is definitely unforgettable experience. I love Hrvatska too. Such a beautiful country by the Adriatic.
Did you spend some time there too?
@@jordanharkin97 i went on an erasmus program for uni exchange in Zagreb for 2 semesters. I had chance to visit Dubrovnik and Split in May 2021. There are a plenties of beautiful places more there. Just returned to zagreb this feb for a week to meet some friends again. Hope to come back and travel more this beautiful ❤️

@@jordanharkin97 oh the coast is the most beautiful part tho along the National park Plitvice. The video is awesome. I believe you had a lot fun there tho to meet the new people and do things together like that.
Is the camp counsellor program 3 months for everyone? And do all counsellors arrive and depart at the same time?
Are you asking specifically about Camp Cal in Croatia?
It's around 2.5/3 months. Most counsellors arrive and leave at the same time, but some come early to help set up camp

@@tallulahtravels I used to work as a camp counsellor in the US in 2018 & 2019, so I follow CCUSA on social media. I was looking for something different and saw Camp Cal on CCUSA's instagram. It was an awesome summer!
