"Debt Slave" to the creditor 2:00 "its kind of shocking to us now" 1:48 "the debtor would have to pay his debt through labor" how is that far away from working to pay for food and housing? we still living in the anciente greece way... however awesome Class! love it
This video is a bit confusing to someone who has no idea what bankruptcy is all about. The introduction was a little bit unnecessary and the overall video is too long, but the information is good and easy to understand.
You make a payment plan according to my friend who worked on Wall Street for 7 years. Then he worked at the World Trade Center for 6 years. He used to be on this show called Wall Street Week, and when they asked about bankruptcy that's what he would say - and so did other financial people who worked with him.
As always, great job Sal! There are many nonprofits out there to help low-income Americans who cannot afford attorneys. One nonprofit that helps folks across the country is Upsolve.org. Upsolve receives funding from the federal government.
From which book are this chapter 7 and chapter 13
