    There are adversarial negotiation in many cases. 5:16 if demand doesn’t hold out on the price, it will reprice the market.

    Hey Samuel, great video. Can you produce more videos about interesting classes you took?

    Try to help them have a good deal - from which you benefit as well. Same argument, different point of view. It applys if you want to make a deal at a moment they dont need/want to. So a step before this video:
    I needed some information from a company to fix their problem, but didn't receive them. Not fixing it would mean an inconvience for our joined customers.
    Instead of beeing angry that they are not caring for our joined customers or ignoring it, I thought about it. Finally I wrote that despite our good relations I wouldnt be able to supply them with our customers anymore if they dont help me figure put this problem with their data. Within an hour i got a reply I waited the previous two weeks for.
    helping me and our relations were just addons to set the vibe but giving a causal reason for them losing customers by not helping me my issue was important enough to be dealt with.

    For me human have 2 pedals like in an automatic car,fear and desire.Just know how to excite the desire of your associate and show fear to your enemies.So they will think before tryng and your allies also before tryng to bettry you

    Hi Samuel, is there any online class similar to Harvard which you attended? Thanks :)

    • @SamuelBoschMIT
      @SamuelBoschMIT  29 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Hmmm good question. MIT has most of its classes online for free. Harvard doesn’t. But I can’t seem to find any negotiation lectures at MIT unfortunately :(
      HBS has a $1850 online course called “Negotiation Mastery” that lasts for 8 weeks starting in a few days though.

    Sorry for going off topic, but since you were part of the EECS PhD program I wanted to ask you something. I don't have a Master's Degree and I'm in my final year of undergraduate studies. The EECS PhD program at MIT says that they include Masters in their program if the applicant doesn't have a Master's Degree, then the applicant will do his PhD. Is it possible, in any way, to enter in a program and just do the two years of masters (getting the diploma eventually) and then dropping out before PhD starts? Since it's funded from MIT, I wanted to know if I would be obliged to return the fellowship back to them if I drop?

      People sometimes do that. And there is no obligation to return any fellowships

    You should really reconsider the lighting of your setup. Maybe record videos at sunset/sunrise or get some way to cover the windows to reduce the sunlight. Itś very unpleasant to look at.

    Hilary knows nothing about negotiation. Aside from that, it’s a good video ❤
