I know how to make mandazis so was here to see if you have anything that can give me short cuts. I loved your methodology and the mandazis came out great. I used butter coz I just like it better. I also added mixed eggs after margarine and mixed the unga just like you did with the margarine.
Asante for helping me find an easier way to make mandazis.

You probably roll too thick, 1/8 inch thickness is ok, The oil might have also stayed too long in the fire ie it extremely over hot
