And many more... They have a lot on their plate to fix. But Nah. They need to reach their gacha sales target first. What if they make this arcade permanent and nerf the best counters of the new hero they wanna launch on the Arcade? That is what players are against. Vincent is indeed easy to counter, as you said. All we need is some little practice. But deep down, you, me, and many other players know that hunter nerf is intended to give Vincent room to breathe. This shady stuff is what makes me concerned. FTC opposed this loot box thing, European Union did. The player base taught a hard lesson to EA on the Star wars Battlefront 2 Loot box launch by canceling their orders on PC and console platforms. My words might sound harsh. I've witnessed on War Robots and Mech Arena what the game devs can do to F2P. I don't want this game to die as well. And I also don't want to look at my hero roster to be useless in the near future because the devs made Arcade way cooler. Nothing personal. Wishing you a healthy recovery.
I also noticed that I have been getting a lot more star coins from events and I’m not going to pull on the arcade but as a f2p player but if I wanted to I could get Vincent over time. And I appreciate how friendly this game has been to us f2p players, they give us fair amounts of t-gems same goes for star coins, power up cores, some free skins, cosmetics, we can even get battle pass characters for free over time. They don’t get that much credit for how friendly the game is for f2p players and it’s truly sad I wish the game the best.
I don't think the developers are dumb and didn't see the backlash coming. I do believe that they still implemented this system as a quick cash grab because they needed the revenue maybe because of operation cost. I rather them get a quick cash grab for the worst hero in the game.
in my opinion, they just needed to make it clear from the beginning that the events would give a lot of star coins and that this is how, slowly, we would get it. When I understood how it would work it stopped seeming like something bad to me, on the contrary, there are many cool skins for star coins, it ends up making them accessible.
Yea some transparency up front would’ve been nice for sure. It was confusing at first, which is why I made the video of me obtaining him to show everyone how it all works and to see a realistic number of gems you need to spend. I know a few people who got extremely lucky and got him for a lot less then I spent. It’s all the luck of the draw I guess.
This is a very well put together discussion. You make a lot of good points, and yeah I do think its important for T3 to have a way to make money to keep the game going. I think the two big problems I still have are the cost and the accessibility of tickets. I think having the characters cost hundreds of dollars worth of gems for tickets is a little bit excessive. If they either decreased the cost, increased the legendary crystal chance, or reduce how many legendary crystals it costs for Vincent, I think that would be ideal. I was also a bit disappointed to see there were no ticket rewards available as part of the battle pass, neither free nor premium tiers. I feel like this would have been a good place to include some method of doing the arcade, whether directly giving out arcade tickets or star coins. I do agree tho that Vinecnt probably isn't as OP as a lot of us thought and is in no way Pay to Win. I definitely want to support the creators, I just hope they can reduce how expensive new characters and stuff are because its a little bit excessive imo
Yea I agree it costs a lot to get the tickets. I think if there was a way to obtain tickets for free, even at a slow rate, it would make the system a lot better.
@JordyGoesRAWR Yeah I agree. Hopefully they stick to their word and do more of these star coin giveaways so that eventually people can get him. I do spend money on the occasional packs and the subscription, so I am hopeful that I will eventually get the chance to get him
I wholeheartedly disagree. Your main arguments were that because Vincent isn’t “broken” and because other games do it worse that it’s alright for T3 to implement a system like this, but alright, let’s dissect these two points shall we? Firstly, just because Vincent isn’t broken right now doesn’t mean that just like any other character he won’t be adjusted later down the line and potentially made stronger if not possibly broken due to his kill potential of one-shotting anything in short range, especially considering how easy it is for him to shutdown characters like Victor and Diggy due to their close-range relying playstyles, also if we encourage this system then who’s to say Vincent will be the LAST hero they add to the arcade…? and what if THAT hero ends up being broken…? You shouldn’t just lock gameplay elements like HEROES behind a paywall, that is very much anti-consumer no matter how “bad” the hero is because it’s essentially teasing the customer with a good time if they really like how the hero plays, so they’re forced to either pay up or wait for who KNOWS how long to get enough free currency to HOPEFULLY get the hero they want Now up to your second point you said that other games do it worse so it’s alright for T3 to do it because it’s “not as bad” but that’s just…not a good mindset to have…a gacha system has absolutely *NO* place in a hero shooter, NOBODY likes them, NOBODY asked for it, it is quite literally a Slot Machine and can perpetuate a potential gambling addiction for the many children who could potentially be exposed to this game, by allowing this we are perpetuating a toxic system that exploits the young and easily exploitable, because 150$ for ONE character is an INSANE ask for a lot of people… Lastly you mentioned how they’re only doing this because they aren’t making enough revenue off of battlepasses and Lucky Draw’s which i firstly find absurd given many equally small games can live off just fine with just a battle pass, and maybe if they had made lucky draw’s less LUDICROUSLY expensive then maybe more people like me would buy into them…if they felt they weren't making enough money then the better approach would be to reduce the skin's exorbitant price tag into something more manageable instead of jumping the shark and adding the arcade i *THOUGHT* they were doing this when they added the subscription model, but they barely allowed that idea to stretch it's legs before they plopped down the arcade system to nickle and dime players further… all in all this system is NOT rewarding for anyone aside from whales and content creators and im frankly not a fan of taking months if not YEARS of grinding just for the meager CHANCE to get what i want, especially since given how familiar i am with this system, i know over time it'll get saturated with more garbage than anything actually rewarding and become even WORSE.
You see that’s the thing, I’m not arguing and saying that this is the best system ever. It has its flaws for sure. I was simply stating my opinion on it since people were asking me to do so. And I respect your side of it as well. I’m not saying that it’s ok because he’s not a very good hero. I’ve stated my side and my thoughts about it and I’m glad that you did as well. It’s impossible to make every player happy, but you also have to remember that I am not a developer of the game and I didn’t make this decision, I’m simply a content creator that is going to cover the content for the game because it’s how I make a living. I think that if they continue to bring out heroes in the Arcade, then it 100% needs to change. I appreciate your response and I can send your feedback to the devs for sure.
@@JordyGoesRAWR. i understand that this is just your opinion, i’m merely stating my own side of the coin and how i see it as an average player who doesn’t mind spending money on the games they like, the main problem with T3 is that their prices for things are much too expensive…THAT in essence is the main problem with their monetization model, in my humble opinion the arcade was NOT the right move to make as it’s merely following the footsteps of less consumer friendly games for the sake of maximum profit at the expense of the player experience, so unless they make it more F2P friendly and i mean VERY F2P friendly then it’ll frankly never be a system that I’ll encourage because it strong-arms you to spend big to get a cool hero.
@Ivoire 🫐 that’s what the subscriptions were for, they were made as another form of income for players who wished to spend a little less, yet they barely gave that idea time to show a profit before plopping down a slot machine onto their consumer’s faces and dangled along an exclusive hero to tempt people into spending big on it. I also doubt they’ll reduce prices btw, they’ll prolly just offer more “star coins” which will probably still take the average player months just to get a few spins for essentially the chance at nothing while they keep adding dumb re-colors to the rotation to oversaturate the loot pool.
I 100% agree with you I was upset but not because you could pay to get it but that I could grind forever and not get him in my opinion idc if people pay money just that there is way for people that don’t pay to get him I don’t care if it’s harder it should be because then it would make it hard for them to make money and it would not be fair to people that do pay also I have a question do you know if the arcade will be available after the season it done?
Your getting better 💝 btw yes I watched more atomic video he told u guys the t3 content creator have a group chat with t3 arena is that true 😮 and nice video I was mad at t3 arena but the points more atomic said like t3 not that big company and many good points than I was like it's Oki I understand 💝
What bothers me is that I already spent a lot of money on epic skins and I don't want to spend MORE for having the full content, I've been unlocking everything by playing and I supported the game buying skins, but now this paywall hero feels like a slap on the face cause I already paid a lot and I can't have it.
You made a lot of great points I get there a company it’s ok to make money but it’s no excuse to charge people 200$ for a hero that doesn’t even work most the time that’s ridiculous. Its there game yes do as you please but their not goanna make any money. They’re goanna need to price items at a lower price to attract more people to buy if they can’t keep the game running they should not have started it in the first place common sense. Its not just the money that’s an issue there not doing anything to maintain the health and core stability of the game I could list 20 different issues off the top of my head. 1. Matchmaking as a whole especially in ranked is disgusting 2. can’t invite a player unless there in your friends or club or recent list 3. Can’t scrub thru a replay video 4. Shadow nerfing heroes like Johnny jets critical damage after his damage buff. Before damage buff CD was 1400 after buff CD was 1210. Nerfing labulas fire rate a day after they buffed it which I understand why it was crazy OP. Skadis hit box for primary. Yaa’s dash movement returned to how it was on release after they supposedly fixed it in a recent update. Gloria’s fire rate on auto fire. Casual players might not recognize these changes 5. Spawning habits in FFA is horrible if you kill somebody they immediately spawn right behind you majority of the time 6. Very bad ping, not enough servers for most regions 7. Only being able to earn a certain amount of battle pass points per day 8. Releasing 1 lucky draw every few weeks to a month. They should be releasing lucky draws more frequently at a lower price 9. Not releasing enough hero challenges in challenges tab 10. Leaking skins on arena news that never come out like Christina’s pirate skin or blue pilot chemist skin 11. Nerfing heroes that don’t need it for example taking 84 damage of Yaa’s pistol while heroes like hunter and gloria and hualings headshot damage have yet to receive a nerf it makes the game very unbalanced 12. The friends and club quick tab on home screen is buggy most the time it will show people are online when there not or friends or club mates don’t show at all just blank 13. Not being able to leave a match unless you close app 14. MVP system is infuriating I put up 10 kills I escort the payload the most distance yet my teammate puts up 2 kills with 10 downs and gets MVP/SVP 15. Microphones in this game are bugged and violates apples policy I notice sometimes when I’m in a match I’ll have my mic off not only in game but also in my device settings somehow my teammates can still hear me loud and clear 16. Drop rates for rumble boxes are atrocious while they did supposedly make recent changes it’s still not ideal not the worst on this list still worth mentioning 17. Locking certain modes on certain days. All modes should be unlocked all the time 18. Can’t change club name. You would have to make a whole new club 19. UI is a bit slow not very intuitive. Not the worst subpar at best 20. Not enough maps 21. Can’t earn trophies in ranked 22. Ossas hit boxes are ridiculously big with no damage drop off The only way to save this game is for them to sell it to experienced developers that know what there doing I feel like these were two roommates in college that had an idea and ran with it. This is not there line of work this game is fantastic and fun it has enormous potential but it needs to be in the right hands to takeoff as of right now this game is a wasteland that could be a paradise if cleaned up nice. Not bashing anybody just giving my two cents in this case a dollar. Hope this helps.
My two cents: • I don’t think it’s a big deal. • Not detracting from the game having it there. • The creators need to make money. • Lots of games have pay only content. • Will be good to get him later and can be gotten with star coins.
Well I agree in in what you said however T3 should think about fixing up the servers and game play with all the bugs and crashes? All of that does not make the game experience enjoyable this just makes me not want to play T3 as much anymore. Also doesn't make me want to play rank mode due to me disconnecting at the beginning of the game or even in the middle of the game every other game that I play.
After watching the vid im a bit upset but since we love you and T3 imma say this. The pay 2 win uve explained is very different from what everyone understand what Pay 2 win is: pay 2 win is to make an advantage with the use of money that couldnt be obtain by anyone who doesnt spend, so wether vincent is either strong or weak he is still called as pay 2 win since u cant have him by just progressing instead u have to buy him with real money Pay to progress is understandable and its different from pay to win since u only spend money to faster everything but a F2P could still obtain it by grinding in time. BUT vincent is not pay 2 progress instead hes pay 2 win Another is about the revenue, the real reason why most gamers hate pay 2 win especially to a competetive game its becuz the playerbase. Now we all understand the game needs money but everyone knows that majority of every game are F2P's, we support players who pays for the game actually and theres nothing wrong with that, BUT its not about that its how to make more players and to make players stay. If the game doesnt have enough players we complain about bots and longer queue time so how about the new comers? Cuz no one likes pay 2 win in a competetive game. MOST F2P mindset is about skills, some for fun, how can we encourage someone to stay if they cant obtain the hero they wanted without paying? T3 is a competetive game like cod, apex, valorant, csgo, pubg, crossfire, pokemon unite, dota, Aov, Hok, starcraft etc. its not MMO or open world like diablo immortal, genshin impact etc. which P2W is fine. Reason why other games are popular becuz its fairness and balance the company name is just a bonus. We all want fairness especially in rank. I stayed cuz i know some techniques to faster my progress as f2p Im sorry but many of us were upset, we complain becuz we love the game we want to make it better. If its just revenue its better for the skins and not for the heroes, arcade is supposed to be for the skins and not for the heroes. T3 is a competetive game, not MMO nor open world
Yea it’s definitely tough to put systems like this into a competitive shooter, but at the end of the day it’s how they want to run their game so all I can do is voice my opinions and share my thoughts with the devs and see what happens. I’m still gonna make my content regardless hehe. Thanks for your thoughts!
Yea I agree. I sent some ideas to the devs about how to make it better. Hopefully it changes on the future with all the feedback they’ve gotten about it. Only time will tell.
Vincent was put behind a pay wall isn’t like, too bad bc Vincent isn’t p2w! It’s just a so-so hero… pretty much any hero, even 3 hits from Hunter can kill him… the backlash t3 is getting just isn’t fair! Look at Roblox Bedwars, and other fps games! New players CANT WIN if they where against a p2w player. But I’m t3, you can use any hero and still destroy others in your lobby
Yeah Vincent is very week ! Zero kelvin is very strong then vincent if free to players Are playing for 2 months he can get 180 t-gems from the free pass and he can buy easily any premium pass they want.
The only reason I want Vincentis because he is old and killed cristina's dad lmao but guys just wait after S4 he'll probablybe availableeither in shop or boxes
Remember you have a voice, use it! Let's have a discussion.

Not bashing anybody just giving my two cents in this case a dollar. Hope this helps.
My two cents:
• I don’t think it’s a big deal.
• Not detracting from the game having it there.
• The creators need to make money.
• Lots of games have pay only content.
• Will be good to get him later and can be gotten with star coins.
100% agree 👌🏻
Well I agree in in what you said however T3 should think about fixing up the servers and game play with all the bugs and crashes? All of that does not make the game experience enjoyable this just makes me not want to play T3 as much anymore. Also doesn't make me want to play rank mode due to me disconnecting at the beginning of the game or even in the middle of the game every other game that I play.
Yea they are looing into all of this, we constantly give them feedback about the lag and crashes. Hopefully it gets optimized soon!
After watching the vid im a bit upset but since we love you and T3 imma say this.
The pay 2 win uve explained is very different from what everyone understand what Pay 2 win is: pay 2 win is to make an advantage with the use of money that couldnt be obtain by anyone who doesnt spend, so wether vincent is either strong or weak he is still called as pay 2 win since u cant have him by just progressing instead u have to buy him with real money
Pay to progress is understandable and its different from pay to win since u only spend money to faster everything but a F2P could still obtain it by grinding in time. BUT vincent is not pay 2 progress instead hes pay 2 win
Another is about the revenue, the real reason why most gamers hate pay 2 win especially to a competetive game its becuz the playerbase. I stayed cuz i know some techniques to faster my progress as f2p
Im sorry but many of us were upset, we complain becuz we love the game we want to make it better.
I've hit the arcade about 50 times so far and it's just so unsatisfying.there should be better and more frequent rewards
Yea I agree. I sent some ideas to the devs about how to make it better. Hopefully it changes on the future with all the feedback they’ve gotten about it. Only time will tell.
Totally agree
Vincent was put behind a pay wall isn’t like, too bad bc Vincent isn’t p2w! It’s just a so-so hero… pretty much any hero, even 3 hits from Hunter can kill him… the backlash t3 is getting just isn’t fair! Look at Roblox Bedwars, and other fps games! New players CANT WIN if they where against a p2w player. But I’m t3, you can use any hero and still destroy others in your lobby
cod mobile has a better monetization with battle pass, lucky draw, legendary and mytic skins
I played COD back in the day, but I’ve never tried the mobile version. Maybe I’ll give it a shot.
I'll never get him 😭😭😭
I bought him and I definitely don’t regret it very fun hero to use 💯
What’s up
@@T1MBEE Wasg bro when we running it up again ?
I will support T3 and the company
Ps. Ex Codm player since season1
Yeah Vincent is very week !
Zero kelvin is very strong then vincent
if free to players Are playing for 2 months he can get 180 t-gems from the free pass and he can buy easily any premium pass they want.
Vincent is not as good as people thought in the beginning
I agree. He’s fun, but not broken at all.
Yeah I kinda think we assumed the insta kill would make him OP without actually testing how hard it is to do it without being killed first
Kids today just know how to be rude my guy
That’s unfortunately true lol
@@JordyGoesRAWR. yup. Throw a tantrum when they don’t understand. It’s a weird phenomenon.
pay to regret
The only reason I want Vincentis because he is old and killed cristina's dad lmao but guys just wait after S4 he'll probablybe availableeither in shop or boxes
Haha I call him Old Man Vincent lol
Hemm arcade
