What does it mean when it says 'your partner must have nominated a skilled occupation that is on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated skilled occupation' when claiming partner points? Could you please clarify what is meant by 'same skilled occupation list'?

Both you and your partner's nominated occupations need to be from the same list. For example, if your occupation is on the MLTSSL, your partner's occupation must also be on the MLTSSL. If your occupation is on the STSOL, your partner's occupation must be on the STSOL as well.
