    Have you ever considered playing a second copy of Ceruli? There's a couple of reasons to do so.
    The immediately obvious ones are
    1.) Triple tactics cards can be made live more often if you see Ceruli more often
    2.) If you don't get to a Ceruli in a reasonable time frame you can miss out on Akashic Magician's bounce as if you put a non-same type link monster in your link zone you need to do sub optimal plays for Akashic to be live
    3.) You have back up Ceruli if anything goes wrong
    The real reason is that Dark Corridor + Reign-Beaux, Dark Corridor + Ceruli, or Ceruli + Reign-Beaux + a controlled discard outlet starts the hand loop. Assuming you start with Corridor + Ceruli
    1.) Play Corridor, search Reign-Beaux, discard Ceruli
    2,) Ceruli special summons itself to your opponent's field, you discard Reign-Beaux
    3.) Reign-Beaux searches Sillva (or any other level 5+ Dark World monster) and then Reign-Beaux can special summon any level 4 or lower dark world monster from your deck or graveyard to either field... so you special summon the second Ceruli to your opponent's field
    4.) Second Ceruli activates and makes you discard Sillva
    5.) Sillva special summons itself and makes your opponent put 2 cards from their hand to the bottom of their deck
    6.) Bounce Sillva for Reign-Beaux
    If you have Genta you then have an immediate route to looping 2 more cards by searching the field spell and using Akashic + Muckraker. However I wouldn't recommend going for this right away and instead try to build up card advantage to end on a strong board in addition to taking away your opponent's cards.
    You don't have to search Sillva though. Like you said if you play the OG reign-beaux for the new fusion well guess what? Dark Corridor + Reign-Beaux, Dark Corridor + Ceruli, or Ceruli + Reign-Beaux + a controlled discard outlet equates to a Raigeki or Harpie's Feather duster. Lucent can pull all kinds of bullshit as Lucent can special summon ANY fiend from your deck to EITHER field. Which means you can give your opponent Ido the Supreme Magical beast, you can special summon tuners such as infernity sage or fabled raven, or you could be stupid and do something like have Lucent special summon perditious puppeteer and take back control of both of your Ceruli. If you're willing to run a few therion bricks, infernity sage, and a few extra deck synchros then Dark Corridor + Reign-Beaux, Dark Corridor + Ceruli, or Ceruli + Reign-Beaux + a controlled discard outlet equates Coach King.
    Point is 2 Ceruli opens up the possibility of stupid things happening.

      Most goated comment ever. Pinned for pure information but to answer your question I completely agree that 2 ceruli will be the play once dark corridor drops, Lucius is a interesting tech I haven’t looked into it but I do like the ido summoning lock you provided thank you for the amazing comment ❤️

      @PlagueSpreader64 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@teamsolemncircus Ido is neat because it's tougher on your opponent as they either have to use it as cost for something like Forbidden Droplet, tribute set over it, or some how destroy it by card effect. However if you have a defense position Number 38 you can protect Ido by negating spell cards and you can set up your field and not allow them to bash with Ido as Number 38 can redirect Ido to attack it meaning you can set up the grapha fusion or zombie stein to further ensure they can't get rid of Ido. The safer option is to use Lucent to special summon Barrier Statue of the Abyss to your field. And if you're locking yourself into fiends with the barrier statue then might as well go all the way with the knightmares and play Gryphon.
      Also since Reign-Beaux can special summon a level 4 dark world from from the graveyard or deck if you pop the first Ceruli, bounce the second Ceruli, bounce Reign-Beaux with Grapha, you're then set up to do steps 1-6 again as long as you have a discard outlet. So between Akashic, Security Dragon, Danger! Response Team, and Charge into the Dark World you could conceivably resolve the effect of the OG Reign-Beaux 4 times in a single turn clearing your opponent's entire field twice.
      And for the record Dark World Therion goes something like this
      1.) Discard Ceruli, Ceruli Special Summons (SS) itself to your opponent's field and makes you discard
      2.) Discard Reign-Beaux, Reign-Beaux searches Lucent and then SS a second copy of Ceruli from your deck or graveyard to your opponent's field
      3.) Second Ceruli makes you discard
      4.) Discard Lucent, Lucent SS self and then SS Infernity Sage from your deck to your field
      5.) Bounce Lucent for Reign-Beaux
      6.) Infernity Sage makes you discard your whole hand including the Lucent
      7.) Lucent SS itself
      8.) Lucent + Infernity Sage synchro into Diabolantis the Menacing Mantis (Or synchro into a level 10 like Baronne with Sage + Reign-Beaux and then bounce Lucent for Reign-Beaux though you'll end the combo early)
      9.) Mantis sends Borea to the graveyard
      10.) Use Mantis + Reign-Beaux to Xyz into Gigantic "Champion" Sargas (or if going second Springans Ship - Exblower to pop 2 cards and free the Reign-Beaux and then overlay Ship with Sargas)
      11.) Sargas searches Therion "King" Regulus
      12.) Regulus SS itself and equips Borea
      13.) Regulus empowered by Borea sends the equipped Borea to the graveyard to search Theorion Discolosseum
      14.) Play Theorion Discolosseum and search Therion "Empress" Alasia
      15.) Alasia SS itself and equips Borea
      16.) Alasia discards a card as cost (preferably a Danger! which will trigger their effect) and SS Borea
      17.) Use Borea, Regulus, and Alasia to make Coach King Gianttrainer (or possibly different level 8 like Danger! Bigfoot to or you might even be able to OTK here if going second)
      18.) Use Coach King to draw 3 cards
      19.) When Coach King is used you can then use Sargas to bounce a Ceruli on your opponent's field to your hand

      @PlagueSpreader64 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@IWinY0UL0se Ya know, I learned something new today. I got so used to Ceruli being special summoned into defense by its own effect that I totally neglected that Reign-Beaux can give your opponent Ceruli in attack position. Which means Bigfoot (or any other level 8) + Corridor + Reign-Beaux/Ceruli is an otk when going second.
      1.) Play Corridor, search Reign-Beaux, discard Ceruli
      2,) Ceruli special summons itself to your opponent's field, you discard Reign-Beaux
      3.) Reign-Beaux searches "OG Reign-Beaux" and then Reign-Beaux special summons the second Ceruli to your opponent's field in attack position.
      4.) Second Ceruli activates and makes you discard "OG Reign-Beaux"
      5.) "OG Reign-Beaux" special summons itself wipes your opponent's back row
      6.) Bounce "OG Reign-Beaux" for Reign-Beaux
      7.) Get a second level 8 on field
      8.) Overlay into Number 97: Draglubion
      9.) Draglubion effect to use Number 38 Number as material for Number 100: Numeron Dragon
      10.) Numeron Dragon effect to make it 9k
      11.) Numeron Dragon swing into the attack position Ceruli for game
      I suppose you might also get away with a Goldd if you don't want to play "OG Reign-Beaux", using "OG Reign-Beaux" to wipe your opponent's monsters so you have a direct attack if you aren't worried about back row, or if they don't have any real defenses Sillva and Lucent can do the trick as well.

    My issue with number 60 is u only get to use it once since u have to detach all materials used to make it.

    looks fine, i personally dont like the draw engine via allure and trade in. It felt better without and just 2-3 dark worlds more (namely one beige and 2 ceruli in main// handrips) Also im about sure, that 2 Fieldspells is correct

    Should I run zalamander catalyzer

    • @teamsolemncircus
      @teamsolemncircus  ปีที่แล้ว

      I personally don’t think it’s necessary anymore but you could swap it for the second copy of chupacabra

    • @PlagueSpreader64
      @PlagueSpreader64 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on what you want to do. Zalamander is a more conservative card and perhaps "safer" than a Danger! monster as it is a controlled discard and as a level 4 opens up more ways to hit the emergency Bagooska button. However, Zalamander isn't going to get you a draw like a Danger! monster could and thus Zalamander lowers the decks maximum ceiling. Also, Zalamander is good for the grind game. I wouldn't play more than 2 copies of Zalamander though as it is a hard once per turn.

    • @pokahonondas
      @pokahonondas ปีที่แล้ว

      Personally I go for the 2 chupacabras because it's a dark fiend (in case you open bricks), 1 catalyzer, 1 mothman. Because mothman is essentially dark world dealings, and I found out that many times you don't really need your opponent to be able to respond to anything, or have a chance to draw an out during your combo, so outside of it being a level 4 dark, you rarely want it to get hit

  • @giacomo1439
    @giacomo1439 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'll suggest to play zombiestein in the extra because with a dw accession you can negate dark ruler no more and super poly.

    • @robertoarcecorretjer5808
      @robertoarcecorretjer5808 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can negate dark ruler no more with that strategy, but neither player can activate anything in response to super poly

      Accession doesn't negate anything

    • @robertoarcecorretjer5808
      @robertoarcecorretjer5808 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@CammeronMaloney-mw5je the idea is that you can’t respond to DRNM with monster effects, but everything else is fair game. So, what you do is activate DW Accession in response to DRNM, and then chain zombistein, targeting DRNM still on the field, thereby negating it
