The worldsea/muckraker combos is super cute af love it, u are the only person on youtube making this connection i have seen and i seen basically EVERY dark world video on here lol...also if you watch Joshua Schmidts video, he combats Maxx c like you did by specialing like crazy, making appolousa n grapha, using tactics to peek, strip ash and then card d for game with appo and grapha backups lmao he does it like 3x that different people max him its actually feasible
Was just looking for Danger Dark World after seeing it randomly on some duel live, what sold me is that they got a bunch of big beaters so they can unga bunga when going second, terrorize Maxx "C" users, and when going first without being under Maxx "C" seems to be a decent board that doesn't have overloaded amount of omni negates (There are still couple of negates but at the very least they aren't omni negates, IMO multiple omni negate boards just make the game too one sided). I have heard of the handloop strat but phew, i don't want my hopes crushed just like wanting to play Trickstar just because they are fairy but most of the deck i found is the Reincarnation + Droll and Lock handloop...
great deck, I'd like to make some suggestions on how to make it more competitive if you don't mind. Dragged down into the grave is really good for the first duel scenario because it makes opponent draw a card thinning the deck by one, plus you can choose to remove any possible outs, had they not wasted ash they could have held it for card d and you would have been able to remove it from hand, plus see what other possible outs they have. Seeing your opponents hand is really strong in general and it doesnt matter that they see yours because you're going to use those cards. Also in the extra deck I think numeron dragon and draglubion cheese is always good for getting a fast W, though it is counter intuitive to your lava golem strat that I don't run so it may not be as effective in your deck (hope harbinger is needed for the material). Abyss dweller is also a must, it's so good against meta decks if you can throw it out quickly, mothman is 4 and you can run a beige in there too because abyss dweller is such a good card. Number 68 is also a consideration as an option to stop opponent from special summoning from the graveyard and if it gets to turn three you might have 15 monsters in your graveyard or something crazy like that and it's a beater all of a sudden. Not essential though, depends on the meta.
Maybe running super poly in this deck would benefit you a lot if you replace the zealantis with starving venom, great chance for a possible +2 in card advanage going against any dark deck or the mirror match
nice list, curious to know your thoughts on adding one fabled and baronne to the list, also the other draw cards like pot of avarice or the beginning of the end
Does Zombiestein's discard work to activate your Dark World monsters effects? I'm new to the archetype. Also, same question regarding the Knightmare monsters
No as it is a send, not discard. The knightmare cards do not discard for effect, but rather for cost. Same applies to super polymerization, lightning vortex, pendulum call, raigeki break. Something I learned when trying the new support is semi colon placement to figure out if it is a cost/effect.
Zombiestein does have it's uses though. If your opponent plays Dark Ruler No More or a similar card which has built in protection, you can chain accession to the Dark Ruler, then chain Zombiestein to the accession and target the face-up Dark Ruler to negate it.
Why doesn’t Trade In trigger Grapha? It has a ; after “discard 1 level 8 monster; “ telling me that it isn’t a cost to activate the card (unless I understand semicolons in yugioh wrong)
So anything before a : or a ; is considered the activation cost. So in this case with Trade In the cost is to discard and the effect is to draw 2. So Grapha won't be able to trigger based on it being cost, but effects of Bigfoot and Thunderbird will be able to. Hope that helps!
@@spellslingeryu-gi-oh5625this. It is an official ruling for dark worlds that they cannot activate their effects if discarded as an activation cost. Trade in requires you to discard a level 8 monster in order to activate and if you do not have one you can't activate it
I run similar except i refuse to craft trade in and also play that other lvl 8 danger (not bigfoot). Deck is wild, i deckout maxx c users, play through multiple hand traps, i also run 1 snow and a bit more focus on rank4 toolbox. Usually ending on grapha, apollousa, ip and hope or photon with eradicator set. Of course deck can also brick, when it does it is ugly.
Hello :) I highly recommend Abyss Dweller. It's just too good against many decks, especially against tearlaments or in a mirror match. And finally someone else who doesn't like Akashic Magician, I find it way too akward to use 😅 What do you think about Vanities Fiend as a tech? You can just drop him on your endboard as your normal summon. Wins many games by himself, and he's also dark and fiend, so there is synergy with allure and the field spell. Great Decklist and explanation overall, keep up the great content :)
Sillva being banned is unfortunate but the deck can still win in a number of ways. Though I think you master duel players will have to wait until Tear is out of the meta and then Danger! Dark World will really take off. I mean post Tear, Kashtira became the best deck and even with the walking talking macro cosmos that is Arise-Heart Dark World started topping regionals every once in a while. Then Super Heavy Samurai happened and Droll became widely played and Dark World has so far most disappeared again. But in a best of 1 format...
I'm hoping so i just got back into the game and as soon as i saw the Danger cards i knew i had to use them i love Criptids so they were right up my alley. Think it would be cool if they got support spells and traps based off of Criptid or Paranormal locations like the Bermuda Triangle.
You really only have two real points of interruption and then other options. The controlled discards like gates, on field effects like dugares and coach king before a negate is established, or just nibiru/shifter/droll. The point is to force the Danger! Dark World deck to rely on the Danger! effects and then they'll either have good rng and ruin your day anyways or have bad rng and lose when the Danger! monsters hit themselves. I like the deck a lot and sometimes gates getting ash'd is enough and sometimes you can play through baronne, ash, and imperm only to otk like it's no big deal.
Zalamander had a lot of initial hype around it but play in the tcg has fallen off. It's a decent card for sure and a viable option in the deck and 1 or 2 copies but not earth breaking.
Think u should play abyss dweller as well It would allow u to be more of a degenerate with card destruction and see what ur opponent is playing before epidemic virus
Have fun, y'all!

There's 2 cards yet to be released that will make dark world even better : Colorless and Dark corridor.

Yoo i havent used danger since my xyz level 8 combo. Your combo is genius
I haven't spent much time playing the new dark worlds yet but I'm already running a pile and it feels just as consistent
I recommend using 1 lucent can summon any fiend from deck using ceruli and summon fabled raven for easy barrone been having to much fun with this!
Maybe running super poly in this deck would benefit you a lot if you replace the zealantis with starving venom, great chance for a possible +2 in card advanage going against any dark deck or the mirror match
Super Polymerization discards for cost so the Dark World monsters don’t activate their effects. It’s still a pretty good as a going second card.
nice list, curious to know your thoughts on adding one fabled and baronne to the list, also the other draw cards like pot of avarice or the beginning of the end
Thanks for the contact i built this deck myself but still learning the combos lol
🤴🏾💯
Silvva is not band? Or where the lsit says that??
Very good build actually, made me wanna have my own lol

Awesome deck I think you can take out one of those Lava Golems and add a Nemeses Corridor and maybe replace one of the links for a Colossus
I wasn't running gold but I think I'll run one now

What stops this deck? Like what do you interrupt?

@@PlagueSpreader64 ok thanks for the info !
@@Jose-yc6sc also ash hilariously doesn't work on danger cards and you see like 40% of people wasting their ash on them
@@justbrandonokay i see im not the only one who finds this funny 😆
one of the few in hand effects with no once per turn of any kind
@@justbrandonokaywon so many games from that 😂
What can I use instead of the trade-in’s? Nice vid btw
Maybe dark world dealings might be a cheap alternative?
'Pot of Avarice' and 'The Beginning of the End' are decent alternatives for it but require a little more GY set up.
I put bagooska in the extra since he’s a fiend
I like playing zalamander in this deck for discarding fiends
Zalamander had a lot of initial hype around it but play in the tcg has fallen off. It's a decent card for sure and a viable option in the deck and 1 or 2 copies but not earth breaking.
decent but doesn't cycle like dangers
Damn, this deck is actually crazy 😅
Pretty nutty huh?
damn this is expensive

You sound like Charlie Kirk
Oof
@spellslingeryu-gi-oh5625 Great video though. I doubt anything has changed for the deck in a year.
