In the Philippines, the Zero Hour Reborn mod has been popular in cybercafes since time immemorial. It switches up every general to the max and gives them hilariously ridiculous abilities.
Try out Shockwave mod for an experience that's close to Zero hour but really improved Try Rise of the Reds (a later project made by the shockwave team that's still being developed) if you want an even more enhanced experience with new factions (it's also very polished) Try The End of Days (TEOD) if you want an experience similar to the real world yet still zero hour-esque
Google "World War II Mod Generals" and it'll be the first one on moddb - though I think you should probably get GenLauncher for mods. that makes installation way easier.

I found it through some software called gen Launcher. Downloaded it and installed it all for me. It comes with a huge list of mods to pick from too.
