Bleu has never biten me! I am his Mommy and have been since he was 4 weeks old. I hand fed him and he trust me completely! With birds like these it is best to get them as babies and hand feed them yourself, this way they get attached to you and trust you at a very early age! Hope this helps!:)
You might want to work with him on wooden perches first and tell him to " step up". This will save your fingers! lol Once he does good on the perches then you can try using your fingers again. I would also reward him for good behavior with something he likes and ignore the bad behavior.
