- A step by step video of how we built our A-Frame chicken coop for our small backyard. We were only adding a small flock (5 birds) so this coop worked great.

Love it fantastic. I used to keep Ducks, Chickens, and Quail just for the eggs and the fun they gave you. Catch your own fish, grow your own veg, and eat your own eggs cannot beat it. Stay safe in these crazy times we are all having to live through. No kayak fishing allowed in the UK lockdown due to the non essential travelling. P.S. Always loved the music you do on your channel.
Thx bud!
If you make the coop frame from decking timber the wood has been treated against rot and termites, it usually lasts much longer.
Loved you in the sopranos, glad you finally grew to your full size.
Lol
Y'all are my kinda people.
Those little peepers will grow quickly, and their progress will be an ongoing element of the 30MO story line. Critters lurking in the brush, with a taste for chicken, add a suspense element.
Chickens are so dope I’ve always wanted chickens
My wife want chickens too. She said “just 6”. Just like before, 6 will turn into 30.
I built my coop out a frends A frame and a dozen pallets, it is 10x20, with a 40x40 run attached
O!M!G! I do the same thing as your husband when I pass by wooden pallets.🤣🤣 i’m glad to know that I’m not the only one out there that does that😅😃 The tractor supply by where we live throws out old wooden pallets and stuff behind their building they always let me take whatever I want if you have a tractor supply or Rural King near you you should check it out my backyard is starting to look like a lumberyard😬😬😂😂😂 thank you for the great very simple video it was a tremendous help I am building mine for my sister‘s new baby ducks
That is awesome. Lowes recently stopped letting us pick up pallets. Will have to check out our Tractor Supply. Thanks!
@@30mofishing my pleasure!!😃
Thank you 👍⚘️🕊
Right on guys 😎
You can assemble them on the ground then put them up instead of the other way arounf
Team work yay!
Love It!!! Awesome Vid.
Cool video looks easy!👍🏻👍🏻
I thought you will show complete project coop :(
What do you use for your plans? Is that good?
not gunna lie I first thought "snapper reef" hah
Wow I watched this whole thing only to be left with no final product. -_-
We have had chickens for years. I see you talking about feeding them fish. How do you feed it to them? Just chunked up raw?
I cut it into 2” steaks. Freeze it. Throw them 2 chunks every couple days
It's interesting that the breed name "Araucana" has become "Americana". This has happened all over the country (USA).
Well they’re actually different breeds. They didn’t just give the same breed multiple names.
Dimensions would been nice
Last year I had 10 now I to have 30
You could easily pass for an older Christopher Moltisanti.
get that a lot! lol
Do you have plans a available for purchase?
Do you have a supply list you could share?
No. Did it by eye
What does it look like finished?
Vid soon!
I looked at the notes to this video, which is frustrating enough because you only flash your “floor plan”- is there even a single thing in your notes that actually pertains to construction of this coop?
yeah man... we just kinda threw it togeather by eye. pic in the thumb nail is what we went by...
Do you have the blue prints for this available?
No, we just grabbed them off google
Could I use this design for ducks too?
Sure
How do they stay dry? Or do they have to?
The coop stays lined with hay on the ground. They have a roof over them roosting bar and the laying boxes.
Can you send me your measurements?
Is that a cane knife?
Yes!
30milesOut I thought so I have some old ones haven’t seen one that nice lol
That little shop you guys got the babies at looks awesome! So many different colors of feeders for chicks. Is it a local business?
Now ya clucking
How was this under $40 bro be serious stop click baiting this cost more than that with that nice az wood
Looked like some scrap. That's what I'm currently using. I doubt mine will cost more than 30
