Three years ago I split up with my wife of seventeen years and it put me into deep depression, so I got online and started reading all kinds of articles about severe depression, and several of the counselors I paid attention to recommended to their severely depressed patients to listen to music every day, maybe even for hours every day. So I started listening to a lot of music. Now over three years later I'm still listening to music, nowhere near as much as I was a couple of years ago, but I am still listening to music once or twice a week, and this music by Steffi Vertriest soothes the emotional pain more than almost any song I can think of. I'm so glad I found this music.
