2022 Honda Amaze S Detailed Walkaroundl Amaze S | Car Quest
Honda Cars India has launched the BS6 Amaze at a starting price of Rs 6.10 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2020 Honda Amaze continues to utilize the existing petrol and diesel engine options with upgrades to meet BS6 emission standards. Both powertrains are available with manual and automatic options.
The Honda Amaze is the Japanese carmaker's entry-level model in India. It's a spacious yet no-nonsense offering.
New Honda Amaze specs come with a petrol and a diesel engine. The amaze petrol engine produces a max power output of 90 PS and a peak torque output of 110 Nm. The amaze diesel engine produces a max power output of 100 PS and a peak torque output of 200 Nm.
The 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines on the 2020
Amaze can be had with choices of a five-speed manual and CVT gearboxes. This is the first time that Honda Amaze 2020 is being offered with a diesel CVT.
New amaze 2020 gets a thick chrome slat grille up front that offers it a bold appearance. The Amaze is now more inclined towards the City instead of the Brio when it comes to design.
The headlamps have been tweaked and the wider bonnet translates into a more commanding front profile. On the rear, the tail lamps units are also new that make the car look significantly different than the previous modal
The dashboard on the Honda Amaze facelift is new and it gets new dials, buttons and air conditioning vents. The cabin takes its inspiration from Honda City and receives a beige and black layout. The car gets a new touchscreen infotainment system that supports both, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The Honda amaze base model comes with features such as dual front airbags, Isofix child-seat anchors, ABS with EBD, day/night rear-view mirror, rear parking sensor, power steering, 4.0-cm multi-info display, all four power windows, front 12V accessory socket. But amaze base variant is available with both engines.
But it does not get the option CVT gearbox
