It amazes me how hard it is to find ty videos on dnb that just talk through the 'process' in a chill fun way. I do my music theory and track breakdowns as I need to, but most of the time I just need to see someone 'doing' the thing to get a vibe for where I'm at, so thank you. Hey man these are exactly what I've been after, but do you think you'll ever do some more break downs and explanation with a waveform for us to view aswell. It's the next best thing than jumping on and doing it yourself... But when your in the car otw to work it's a bit tough haha. Cheers from Down Under!

I devote a couple hours a week to searching for new tunes by checkin my fav artists/searching for new artists Beatport is also really good for finding new tunes is will usually give you a rough idea of what tracks are popping currently. Hope that helped in some way bro
Unfortunately there’s not much you can do about it if the drums are clashing mate you just have to find a new tune that works. However 90% of the time the drums shouldn’t clash and you should be good to go 👊🏻
@@MedicineDNB so when it comes to mixing things like audiomission and ego trippin I find that ego tripping has a drum that causes train wreck this was from one of your older/newer vid I am trying to mix a song called tartarriddim and clicking cuffs and it creates the same problem
@@MedicineDNB I have changed software and managed to put my eqs to sharp so I can stop the clacking of the drum but now I face the problem of 175 bpm wave forms moving faster then 87.5 and it is confusing cuz I’m used to rekord box did you know a way to stop this ?
The channel levels refer to the volume levels on your decks. For example next to your volume fader/EQs you should have a stream of LEDs ascending from green to orange and then to red. It refers to how loud your music is playing out the master from the decks. For example if you record a mix with the LED/channel level in the red it will sound overly loud and muffled. However keeping it amber/ green will prevent this from happening. Hope that made some sense. Apologies for not point it out in the video!

I appreciate that mate. I do mix of the stuff for example I also have lots of Jump up mix’s in the channel. This video in particular was more focused on rollers due to heavier demand for rollers in the how to videos at the time 👌🏻

What setting shows the cue points at 1/4, 1/2, 1,2 ,4 etc. I don't think I've seen that. I'm using Pioneer DDJ SB3
