As a Doctor I agree with Anupam. The emotional attachment and the story where it all Began was Geeta. They say there should be no emotions in medical field. But life is body, soul and mind. Emotions are inevitable.. There wouldn’t have been any harm changing name. Namita is Crude business woman. Anupam and Pyuesh wanted to join bcuz of the Good cause.

I think they have to take anupam's offer rather than namita's offer. Anupam's offer was quite good he not only gave the offer from the perspective of business but also for the welfare of society and on the other side Namita is only looking for her benefit.

Anupam is the only person who truly identifies the person and the business. Only he asked the name of the girl , and the idea to change the name to Geet was simply a very intellectual observation. He identified the emotion where it was coming from , only he pointed out towards the roots of this business. I’m sure Namita wouldn’t change the name because Digiqure resonates with Emcure , but she should change the ‘q’ to ‘c’ i.e “Digicure” because for rural population identifying with alphabets like “Q” is difficult , also now it really sounds like it’s an extension of Emcure.
They come for Namita so i guess they couldn't get what Peyush and Anupam could have added to it.
Apupam was giving 1cr for 10% and Peyush would have come to lower equity than 25% for sure because they loved the cause but i think they made a wrong decision. Atleast they should have asked for more money to Namita then it was still fine . Apunam was having many conditions so I guess Peyush was the perfect invester ✨
I am from USA, watching this Show, love it. Two suggestion (1) In the show background music is two loud, hard to listen the host or people talking. (2) When talking because of accents little hard to understand, if slowdown when talking will help to understand. Thanks

Yes, Anupam and piyush are absolutely right! The opted for namita and hence will go on that same traditional format of hospitals and doctors, you cannot create awareness for a nobel cause like this and also cannot disrupt the market to make business out of it.

It's not just valuation, they went for Namita because she knows the pharma industry. The healthcare sector is a technical sector with very tight regulations. I think they wanted Namita only for her network.

I was already working with this kind of similar Startup with a model of teleconference in Healthcare. We were doing the training of the Doctors/ Healthcare staffs / caretakers in rural areas connecting them with higher seniorities in top notch medical institutions.
