12/15 and this was an unusual Liszt! (LOL) You really dug deep for less well known pieces, by famous composers. On Mozart? Can't have too much of him. And he has an incredible amount of work, as he was certainly prolific. Still, I would like more Russian and Italian composers. Resphgi, Shostakovich, Borodin, and lesser known Vivaldi and Verdi. Great quiz.
13/15 15/15 was definitely possible but i mistook the Chopin's nocturne for a Liszt's consolation/liebestraum, and i was wrong with the Dvorak which i thought it was Rossini
14/15 - I didn't recognize the Dvorak and guessed Berlioz for sheer splashiness of orchestration (though I did think it might be Dvorak based on the options). The Rubinstein and Prokofiev were both pieces I didn't recognize but didn't see any other plausible options for.
A delightful quiz for me! I got 14/15, mostly by style, being familiar with only the Beethoven, Chopin, Handel, Rossini and Wagner pieces. I missed the Vivaldi. I was chuffed to be confidently distinguishing Haydn from Mozart.
I found that one surprisingly hard: 7.5 / 15 ! I gave myself half a point for No 5 after deciding it was _either_ Chopin or Rubinstein, but choosing wrong!

12/15. It is generally easy, but i didn’t get the Vivaldi, bellini and Rubinstein correct. The Vivaldi and Rubinstein are really good choices. I thought the first to be some romantic, while for the Rubinstein one I was literally thinking it’s either Chopin or Liszt lol😂.
9/15. Really struggled on first 7 questions (except for Q4). The rest I got. It's worrying when i can't tell Mozart from Haydn or even Handel! It does get easier as the quiz moves along as there is less likelihood of picking the "wrong" composer.
After watching my own quiz today, I realized that the arrangement of composers is not the most optimal. But it would have taken too much time to redo it and I decided to leave it that way))
I guarantee that you have already heard some of them, because I took some of the pieces from some old quizzes from other series, and you pass all the quizzes)) For which, by the way, thank you very much!

I always identify the last one correctly !
lol
9/15. It did get easier as it went along. The Rossini was so charming, I think I'll listen to some more Rossini now.
I absolutely agree that the difficulty begins to drop sharply after the middle of the quiz))
12. Not bad, I even got the piano concerto this time!
15/15 - one of your easier quizzes! Thanks (Renee Fleming singing "Casta diva", I hear)
Too ! Much ! Vibrato !
@@KeithOtisEdwards No; it's fine - a standard pulse.
12/15
Once I’d got the first 9 wrong the odds of guessing correctly improved vastly and I got 4.
You are absolutely right. Towards the end, the chances of guessing increase sharply))
11/15 could have done more in hindsight.
13/15

9/15. Should have got a few more.

Congratulations on an excellent result! Probably Medium quizzes are not as interesting for you as Hard ones))

Congratulations on your excellent result. Distinguishing Mozart from Haydn is considered almost an expert skill on this channel))

I also sometimes give students half a point for partially correct answers))

Partially correct indeed.

Not too far off
9/15. You can never have too much Mozart! 😉
Certainly. Mr. Liszt said this commentary with a slightly different purpose. There will be a lot more Mozart))

Prokofiev, Rubinstein and Vivaldi got me but I got the 12 others.
Prokofiev and Rubinstein are really difficult to define, but I didn’t think that Vivaldi would ruin the result for many))
@adiosmusictest Handel and Vivaldi both composed operas in Italian, that's the trick.
6/15. Don't think I've heard any of these before.
I guarantee that you have already heard some of them, because I took some of the pieces from some old quizzes from other series, and you pass all the quizzes)) For which, by the way, thank you very much!
@@adiosmusictest True, but I didn't recognize them!
