INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ghee/clarified butter
100 gms Paneer
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
4-5 laung/cloves
3-4 hari illaichi/cardamom
1 dalchini/cinnamon stick
6-8 kalimirch/black pepper corns
2 tejpatta/bayleaf
3-4 onions thinly sliced
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies
1 carrot chopped
1 potato in cubes
few cauliflower pieces
8-10 beans chopped
handful of green peas
1/2 cup dahi/yogurt
Salt
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp shahi biryani masala
Some fresh dhania
Fresh pudina/mint leaves
1.5 cups Basmati rice
2-2.5 cups water
3 tbsp kesar milk
3 tbsp ghee
Fried onions & kaju to garnish
